Hotel Cox Rotana — Hotel in Chattogram Division

I have stayed in the Hotel for 4 days with my family .The rooms and bathroom was good, but there is a lot to say about them. The cleaners didn’t come to clean the room and bathroom everyday on time. I had to call them to clean the room. There was also bad odur/smells in the room. They didn’t make any concern about this. The restaurant on the 7th floor was good, the food was good. The worst thing of this hotel is that their staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. Make sure your check out time is before 11 am. We had bad experience about check out time with them. Our check in time was 9 Pm, they discounted the price of the room 1000. That was fine. Before check out day we had informed them twice , we would check out on 3 pm. So that we don't have to pay for 3 hours staying. But when we were going to check out they charged 1500 for 3 hours stay. This is not okay because they didn’t informed us for the Charge. If they inform us about this charge then it would be fine.

I recently stay this Hotel for 2 days.Hotel room was good. Room price was highly costed To start, the breakfast was absolutely disgusting. The eggs were undercooked, the bacon was burned and the toast was stale. I was expecting a delicious breakfast, but instead, I was left feeling extremely unsatisfied and unhappy with my meal.

Furthermore, the behavior of the hotel staff was also a major letdown. They were unprofessional, rude, and seemed disinterested in providing a positive experience for their guests. This only added to my disappointment with the restaurant and I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

In conclusion, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good breakfast experience. The food was of poor quality and the staff's behavior was unacceptable. There are many other restaurants in the area that offer much better service and higher quality food, so I would suggest going elsewhere...
