It is located in the diplomatic area where is quiet. It takes 10 minutes to get there from the airport if there is no congestion, and 30 minutes even if there is congestion. The hotel has a 24-hour hotel check-in system, but when I arrived at around midnight, the gate was closed and I had to beat the security guard to check in. My Expedia booking was not confirmed and I was repeatedly asked if I had paid until I checked out the next day. The facilities were relatively clean, although not new.
