We made the right decision to stay at Omni Residency (Baridara). It is located at very safe location, not far from airport. The hotel has very warm welcome, supportive and service minded staff at all levels, from hotel manager, hotel receptionists, dining room to the cleaning staff. Situated in quiet area of Baridhara, the hotel staff especially Rana Bhai is excellent, very helpful and super friendly. Hotel is spotless very clean with good WiFi, amenities and comfortable beds (though a bit hard for me) and nice pillows. ||The only part to improve is the breakfast.
