Sreemangal Green Leaf Guest House — Hotel in Sylhet Division

Very horrible experience.today morning,i went there.we were 9 people team.we want to tour around sreemongol and based on someone's suggestion,we went there in the morning and several times ,we tried to make contact with their employee.but no one response.after pushing calling bell button 5 times,one person appear.we gave salam to him but he angrily told us,why we knocked?And not just that,he used slang and various inappropriate language.it seems like,customer is nothing and we are in a foreign country.

Their behaviour was very rude.rude term is not enough to describe the behaviour of that employee.we, came from dhaka going through lots of traffic and roller coaster muddy and wet road,had some expectation from you that we get enough hospitality and service.if room is not available,your employee can gently response that but not terrible behavior.

Advice: don't go green...

It is one of the most beautiful guesthouses I have ever seen. The interior design is brilliant. The owner of the guesthouse is a renowned journalist in Sreemangal. He handpicked the souvenirs, books, etc. The guesthouse represents the perfect representation of the tourist sports of Sreemangal. The walls are colorful and artistic. The staff members of the guesthouse are very welcoming and friendly. I wish them all the best. If someone is visiting Sreemangal, s/he must take the opportunity...

In the close walk to main street. No elevator and it is on 3rd and higher floor. On the first impression it looks cozy and amazing - special lobby and common areas. Rooms are on look nice decorated and cozy, but: rooms are wet and you smell mold. The bed is very cramped and blankets wet. Bathroom needs renovation, hot water is brouwn, shower has no power to work - just use buckets for you and smelly toilet. Walls are...
