Villa Agni — Hotel in Durbuy

I came here for 5 days with my family and this might be one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The house is very old and it had this very weird/odd smell. The bed sheets and towels cost extra (around 9€). The air hockey machine was very old and felt like the more we played, the more it felt broken. The gym smelled very bad, especially the sauna. The rooms beds had stains and stinked. The slides and trampoline outside was VERY DIRTY and the trampoline was not safe. The locks was impossible to use. The tables and the lobby was nice but there’s was no ac and the fans barely worked. The owner/landlord was very rude and disrespectful. He was acting like he gave us the house for free. He acted like we WERENT PAYING CUSTOMERS. He added random costs to our deposit and when we tried to talk with him, he reported us to booking.com. He did not give us ANY toiletries, not even toilet paper. He has cameras every around the house so please pay attention. After our stay, the man started arguing with us because the house wasn’t 100% clean. Even tho we cleaned it and arranged everything exactly like when we came. So We told him that we were on vacation and It isn’t our job to make the house spotless and he was mad because he didn’t want to spend money on cleaners.

This was perhaps the worst Airbnb that I ever experienced and the owner was really rude. The owner didn’t even give us any toilet paper and no bed sheets that’s unacceptable! Every Airbnb has toilet paper something workable but they had nothing. The trampoline had a hole and I stepped on a rock in the house, this owner really doesn’t care about safety.The house was really hot and it was really dirty and disgusting.In the house were SECURITY CAMERAS! The owner said the cameras we’re off but the cameras were BLINKING! The gym/sauna had the WORST SMELL EVER! Please be careful and safe and when you are gonna come make sure to not bad things. The owner said that it’s not good how we left the house but we cleaned the WHOLE ENTIRE HOUSE! And just because of that we need to pay 600$! Disappointing Stay ⚠️ Unfortunately, our experience at this villa was far from pleasant. The house had an disgusting smell, and basic necessities like soap and toilet paper were missing. The owner’s attitude was very unfriendly, which made us feel it uncomfortable during our stay. After check-out, he inspected every single dish and glass in detail, even complaining about perfectly clean items just because one was still slightly wet.

Regarding the deposit, we felt some of the extra charges were unfair and not caused by us. This left us with a very negative impression.
