After Arriving at the hotel after hours I was impressed that they left a note on the door stating key location. First impression of place was that it was very nice and clean. I would say a 3.5 hotel. The next morning I went in to check in with Carlton(one of the owners). Both him and the front desk agent was very polite. We were greeted with welcoming arms. We traveled with a party of eight. Originally we were traveling to Budapest, but our flight cancelled and we rerouted to Bermuda. We booked the rooms last min. we divided into two rooms. Four people in each room. They informed us that the pay might be a little higher because the room only hold two people. This information was not stated on the booking site. We did not agree and they said that they would get back to us once they spoke to they’re manager. The next day Kauwanda Tomlinson (main manager) explain to one of the girls that it’s either we pay or she would kick us out into the Bermuda streets. We called in a group meeting to inform everyone that we would be paying a little more each. Traveling with a group you must inform all party of extra expenses before proceeding. Kauwanda came to the back, interrupting our meeting and immediately gave us attitude and pointed her long rachet claws in my face. She was so rude and disrespectful! Rolling her eyes and her body gesture was completely off. Once again she stated “you pay or you need to leave”. She seemed like an angry black women. So she left and went back to the office. Everyone agreed to pay the extra fee because it was our last day. I walk into the office politely and explained to her that we didn’t have a problem paying, but the website did not have rules on sleeping arrangements. Some of the other girls came into the office and said that they did not aprreciate her approach during our meeting. She shrugged her shoulders. Her husband Carlton was very understanding and tried his best to give us best quality services and Kauwanda turned around and said to her husband “Don’t you have stuff to do?” So one of the girls asked why would you say that when he is helping us out, she turned to us and said “aren’t you guys going to the beach?” With an angry face, opening her eyes wide at us. This lady does not respect her husband, her staff, nor her customers. I would never recommend anyone there! Although the place is nice the Manager customer service is RUDE AND DISGUSTING! Avoid issues and go somewhere else. I travel often and this was my first time experiencing such horrible customer service. Please AVOID...

We had a huge distress with this place, someone made a mistake and costed us our first day of vacation.||||We booked trough Booking.com and we scheduled our check in arrival to 11:30pm, we arrived exactly at 11:35 pm and there was absolutely nobody to check us in.||||There was a phone box on the wall with 3 number to call in case we needed to contact the reception but it wasn't working at all, completely mute. We bother a guest called Amy, she told us there was no Wi-fi on the apartments and she has tried to reach the reception all night and there was nobody there. She call them on our behalf and left a message in our name telling them we were there.||||It was raining and we had to walk to a bar next door called The Swizzle Inn and they were kind enough to call again and the waitress Ebony also left a message. Once we realized there was no other option we started to call every other hotel in the Island find a place to spend the nigh, at this point was 1am and since was a holiday weekend we couldn't find another place. We were offered to spend the night at the waitress house and we had to accept. Luckily the last place we tried to call had a room and we took that for almost double the price we were able to spend.||||On the next morning we called the Sandpiper apartments and the receptionist insisted that all we had to do was just pick up the phone on the wall and call, she got the messages from both Amy and Ebony so they were aware of how much we tried to reached out.||||We still don't understand how that can happen, we scheduled our arrival and they knew we were supposed to be there. We don't even need to mention how disappointed and frustrated we were.||||We decided to stay the other 2 night in the resort that received us at 2am and our trip was awesome after this terrible first night.||||I wish we have stayed, the review were great and the...

Very much enjoyed my stay at the Sandpiper and thought it was a great value for the price. It's an older hotel, so don't expect Ritz Carlton accommodations of course, however it very much meet my needs. Rooms were clean, offered kitchen space and dishes, and were larger than I expected. The grounds are vibrant and beautifully kept. There is a lovely pool and there are beaches very nearby, as well as being close to bus stops and taxis are very familiar with where it's located and can easily be arranged to via the taxi service phone number. It's also walking distance to a restaurant called LITT - which I enjoyed twice during my stay. LITT and Paraquet are the closest restaurants to this location and I found tasty local food at both of them. I experienced great customer service from everyone I met there - Wanda (Owner), Moira, Delroy and Zurai. They provided helpful recommendations for local things to do. They were friendly and made us feel welcome the entire time. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family!

This was the best deal we could find on the island and it didn’t disappoint! The cheapest place to stay with lots of room and kitchens. Moira and all the service people were so nice and attentive. The apartments are clean and really nice. There is a pool that is well maintained with room to lounge. Property is beautifully landscaped with tropical trees and flowers. They have a 24/7 phone outside the office from which it’s very easy to get a cab. Walk led to gas station for food everyday and it never got old. Good breakfast buffet and pastries there. (Yes at the gas station) we also walked to the beach right past the gas station in 5 minutes and it was breath taking!! Central location on island.

Very nice comfortable apartments. Kitchen was perfect with everything you needed. Garage 1min wak away does basic food, local shop 20min walk away . Lovely gardens , we stayed in apartment 5 which was lovely with garden view. Local birds a delight to watch . Staff super friendly. Good value also . Local beach 5min walk away is amazing !!!!!!!!! Hidden gem . Apartment had pool but not is use during our stay for maintenance. Hotel is next to busy road so some noise but did not bother us .
