Hostal Puerto Yumani — Hotel in Isla del Sol

DONT STAY HERE. Our bathroom door was broken so we couldn’t access it and our light was broken. The manager said he couldn’t fix it and refused to give us a discount. He offered us rooms in a worse condition or to move hotel, which we didn’t want to do as we were staying with friends in adjacent rooms. When we refused to move he offered us the room for free, then quickly changed his mind and demanded full payment immediately as he accused us of wanting not to pay at all (even though he initially offered that, we just wanted a discount for the problems) when we offered to pay in the morning he sat down on one of the beds and refused to leave until we payed. when we asked him to sign a reciept of payment he got very angry. Combinamos o valor de 250 BOL para o casal (a proposta inicial era 300), e ao fazer a cobrança, a sra dona do hostel quis cobrar 260 para nós e 250 para o casal de amigo que estávamos juntos. Isso em si já é ruim, porém, outras pessoas que estavam lá, disseram que o valor da diária era de 100 BOL por pessoa. Então, fomos enganados.|2. O chuveiro é por calefação solar, o que significa que demora horrores para esquentar a agua, e quando esquenta, cai míseros 2 pingos e a temperatura deles é a mesma de se pelar um animal. |3. O hostel oferece janta (os próprios donos preparam), o valor é um pouco caro e não tem todos os pratos do cardápio disponíveis.|4. O casal de srs que são donos, não são tão amigáveis.|5. Ao fazer o checkout, nos permitiram deixar as malas para explorarmos a ilha enquanto a embarcação não chegava e assim fizemos. Quando chegamos de volta, a dona disse que não tínhamos devolvido as chaves (!!!) como se estivéssemos usufruindo outra diária, o que era mentira.
