The place is nice... Very clean. But... There's a lot of things that make the Presidencial Suit bad overrated, overpriced and almost annoying. 1st. The minibar fridge was absolutely empty. Not even water. The room service was the worst, not have to Will to answer you fast any requests. They took almost 2 hours to check if they have White or Rose Wine. And I have to call again to ask again if they have ANY wine, took another half hour and they have extremely pricey wine...which was overpriced with the 400% of the real price... Ridiculous wait for 2 and half hours to the must expensive regular wine... A true waste of time. The TV doesn't work for WiFi.. Really? Not able to watch a movie or catch up some music from mine account cause Internet and WiFi wasn't working for the TV. Who wants to watch Local news and TV in my stay. Terrible. All the stuff were like... Grumpy all the time. No smiles, no politeness, educated yes. But like... All of them have the worst day of their lifes And I have to face them and pay with that attitude. Dreadful. No nice views from the windows, For all the price of the room it's ridiculous for the service. I wouldn't return this Hotel, there's places in Cochabamba with and beautiful with a better service, that are far from all this self "FiveStar" hotel. That's...

And just like everything else in Bolivia they start off really well and then quality goes down the hole with time. My room and everybody’s room to my understanding comes with free breakfast. When I went to go have breakfast they told me it was not included in my room, and that I had to pay for it. That’s OK cause it’s not that good anyway so I went to go eat somewhere else. I stayed for two nights and I could not used to pull any of the two nights. They tell me they’re heating it up and it takes one whole day to heat up. I stayed here from Thursday through Friday there’s not much to do in this town, and every time I come here I stay in the pool most of the time. Don’t give me that crap! Plus the guy that took care of me at the beginning when I checked in was clueless on customer service. What a shame that once a good hotel is turning...
Read moreI've stayed in almost all of the hotels in Cochabamba and in recent years used Air BNB as a preference. On this occasion, I decided to try the Camino Plaza.||First impressions of the foyer looked promising but beyond that it was a disappointing experience.||Room was cramped, bathroom ridiculously small, my shower failed completely on two consecutive days, food at the hotel is very poor, expensive and badly prepared. My room 104, was noisy with lots of light intrusion from the passageway.||I booked a taxi for my return to the airport in advance, come the day of departure, I found that the taxi was not available and had to wait 30 minutes for another to be ordered. ||For $100 a night, this hotel is overpriced, fixtures and fittings are old and deteriorating, there are better options available in the city,...
