I believe Paprika is overrated. In reality, it is not such a great place, at least not the way it is depicted. Firstly, their customer service is average and should be amazing, waiters and waitresses were not properly trained, well they are nice but they should be amazing, the promotional material is mainly in English and personnel don't have a clue about the pronunciation nor the meaning. What are you guys trying to accomplish with all this, impress some one? I hope it is not someone who speaks English for real.

The only thing for sure is that the personnel find themselves in an awkward situation. Furthermore, supervisors' attitudes are not the best, perhaps because they are overwhelmed or too stressed with the job.

Paprika is a beautiful place, and that is a fact. However, the third floor is extremely hot, and if you want a pleasant experience definitely the third floor or enclosed terrace is not a good idea.

The outdoor is espectacular, Thera are two domes that create a very special ambiance, especially at night.

But that is not all. Let me share with you the other disappointment I had! I ordered a meat fondue 🫕. Garnishing is great. The main problem resides in safety, The fact that waiters bring the fondue pot with boiling oil to the table because they have no other means to to it, crazy and precarious. Then, they explain that you have to be fast because the oil gets cold. So they put you on a timer. Fondue is all about time and enjoyment. It is a Switzerland's tradition and stirring experience, not fast food. The boiling oil only lasts for the first set of meat. After that, you have to request to get the oil reheated again. That is a pain in the neck, so I didn't even bother. The bottom line is to not order Fondue because they really cannot create the right experience that...

Paprika es uno de mis favoritos en toda Cochabamba. La ambiente es tan agradable, relajante- y la comida muy excelente. La atencion- magnífico! Es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de una cena especial. Mil gracias, Paprika !

Paprika is my favorite place for an anniversary dinner or any special meal… you don’t need an occasion to enjoy a visit to Paprika! I love the atmosphere, especially in their upstairs dining area. It makes a wonderful setting especially if you want to enjoy dinner for two. The service is always wonderful and the last time we went for dinner, the manager was so attentive and considerate, asking if we had everything we needed. I read good things about this restaurant and I can honestly say that it exceeded my expectations.

Everything we ordered had quality ingredients and mouthwatering flavours. On top of that, for being one of the top rated restaurants the price wasn't bad at all.

We ordered a Pineapple Smoothie, Pollo a la Crema Amarilla & Steak Bourbon. Everything was delicious. The only minor thing worth noting is that the rice (optional side with the Pollo) was too salty for us.

The ambience is great, the staff is very friendly and attentive and since we went at lunch time is was pretty quiet...
