All the people that work here are very nice, providing a great customer service.
We came from a place where electronic devices use a 110 Volts and in Bolivia 220 is the norm so the receptionist lend us a converter.
High covid prevention measurements. This helps you to feel better and safe.
The pool is nice. The garden is beautiful and all the areas are very clean.
The bed sheets were a little worn but the room and bathroom is in good condition.
Bug room in the closet. If you need an iron just ask reception.
There is a small safe in the closet.
The place is located in one of the main avenues and 5 minutes in car from the old town and the new modern areas.

Read moreIn the restaurant i ordered the steak, steak was a bit chewy, and steak and fries had so much salt that it was un-eatable. I took 2 bites and could not eat more. Absolutely terrible! Upon my comment I was offered an apology by the waiter, but was still charged for a plate I hardly touched.
Rooms The rooms are clean, but small. The AC has a temperature setting, but it doesn't work. It's either freeze or sweat (I stayed multiple times in different rooms and the AC problem is the same in all time).
