Hotel Suiza — Hotel in Santa Cruz de la Sierra

It is clean and quite good value. Location is also good, on first ring. But a few negatives: price does not include breakfast; the restaurant is in the same building, but apparently under separate ownership....so you cannot charge anything to your room; finally, the lady who owns the hotel is very patriotic and so only accepts payment in local currency..and in CASH. No debit card! I had budgeted on the basis that I could pay 🏨 with debit card. This is ridiculous, and I am going to move...

Room was a good size and clean, the water was hot. The pool was too dirty to swim in which was disappointing as it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. The noise from the traffic was annoying but the bed and pillows very comfy. Good location for bars and restaurants on Monsenor Rivero. The guy on reception was one of the rudest most unfriendly people we have ever met. So rude it...

Viajamos a Santa Cruz mi novia, una amiga y yo. El hotel esta ubicado cerca al centro de la ciudad en el primer anillo, no esta muy lejos yo iba caminando hasta la plaza. La ubicación es muy buena. en cuanto a la infraestructura las instalaciones no son muy cómodas pero llegan a ser agradables. El personal es muy poco o nada amable. nos toco una habitación con ventana interior, con 2 camas pese a que hicimos la reservación de una hab. matrimonial, eso nos disgustó pero en fin tuvimos que conformarnos. El aire acondicionado no tenia una buena ubicación por lo que hacia calor la mayor parte del tiempo dentro de la habitación. Les recomiendo una habitación con vista a la calle. Algo curioso es que en Bolivia los pisos se cuentan a partir de la segunda planta o sea lo que para nosotros es el primer piso para ellos es...
