Bravissimo — Restaurant in Santa Cruz de la Sierra

Excellent place to eat pasta dishes, definitely one of the best in the city — and while meat dishes are great, they are not the stars of this establishment, they have a considerable variety of pasta dishes, each and everyone wel worth trying, you're likely to come across one you've never tried before.

Overall a bad experience, the spaghetti was hard, I do not mean al dente...it was uncooked. The osobuco meat was hard too. Muy pocas veces siento la necesidad de quejarme de forma pública (como lo es esta reseña). Sin embargo esta última experiencia en el restaurante fue muy decepcionante. Fuimos un domingo al medio día, lo cual podría ser una de las razones por las cuales la atención fue tan mala, ya que el local estaba bastante lleno. Sin embargo me parece que una espera de 75 minutos por nuestra comida fue demasiado. Lo peor es que no sólo tuvimos q ir a quejarnos para q siquiera se note la larga espera sino que no recibimos ninguna disculpa por parte del servicio. Además ignoraron tres veces nuestra petición de pancitos para poder sobrellevar el hambre. La comida desgraciadamente estaba insípida en el caso de las pastas y la merluza que pidió mi madre tenía pedazos de sal tan grandes que ella tuvo que desistir de terminar su plato. Cuando hicimos notar esto al servicio no hubo ni el más mínimo intento de excusar esta falla. Finalmente la cuenta estaba mal preparada (faltaba in plato) y tuvimos que hacer notar ese error...
