Hostal Cagnapa Restobar — Hotel in Uyuni

Some of the kindest hosts ever. After I told them my husband was feeling unwell because of the altitude, they allowed us to check in earlier. At check in, they let us go into the room to put down our stuff and backpack first, before having to complete the check in process, which was super thoughtful and kind, and it’s a really kind gesture that I have seldom encountered. Although the kitchen was not open for all to use, they allowed me to use the microwave to heat up some food for my husband since he can’t go out to eat. In addition, there’s a lovely courtyard where I can rest, unlimited safe drinking water for me to make tea. Honestly, this has been one of the best places for resting, especially after the tours to the salt flat. I appreciated this place so much. The room is spacious, toilet is clean. There’s hot water for shower and heating in the room just as described. They provide guidance and recommendation on where to eat and buy things I need, which again are so helpful! Thank you!! Amazing choice! After arriving at 6am on overnight bus from LaPaz, we were let in by the owner and quickly checked into our room. We were able to sleep for 3 hours before our Salt Flat tour! This was amazing. All of the rooms faced an inner courtyard. That means no natural light but it was also very quiet for sleeping. The beds were comfortable and the hot water was good. The bathrooms could’ve been a bit better but no big deal for one night. The common area had leather couches and a hot water heater that we used. The hotel offered breakfast from 8-10am for 30BOB.

I was there for 1 night and we had very very bad experience.1)when we arrive room was not what trip.com showed!!!!! ( it’s misleading and bad for you guys)2)in the morning I was late for airport due to he only had Very Very I mean very HOT water and no cold or mix water at all, so I had to clean my self with WET TOWEL & my wife didn’t take Shawer due to Hot water was extremely HoT😡😡😡😡We are very very very upset & I want 100% full refund or I will not work will Trip.com any longer.As you can see we travel 160 days out of 365 days a year so look after this case immediately.Waiting for my refund 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏Thanks...
