We stayed there as part of our 3 days/2 nights safari from San Pedro de Atacama to Uyuni we booked with Colque tours. It was our 2nd night.||We were in a triple room (3 single beds) with private bathrooms.||We didn't have high expectations for the accomodations during the safari. This one was ok in the end.||The pros: room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfy, in the centre, 7 min walk to the bus terminal, facing the night market.||The cons : irregular water availability (we didn't know if they were turning off the water on purpose ? Very annnoying when you are several in a room and everybody needs toilet), wifi has a limited number of connections.||||If you have to stay 1 night in Uyuni it is a cheap option you can consider but no longer as you may need more comfort especially regarding water...
Read moreMyself and a friend had booked a nights stay at this hotel approx one week ago through booking.com. We advised them that we would be arriving between 2200 and 2300 as our bus was due to arrive in Uyuni at 2200. Unfortunately we arrived quite late, reaching the hotel at 2330 to find it closed. We knocked and yelled multiple times, the local taxi driver assisted us, with no response. Luckily for us, we wandered down the road and got the last room at a hostel, for a significant price. We are now having discussions via booking.com to hopefully have the "no show" fee that they marked us as, dropped. Read moreStayed three nights too many, no hot water or almost no water at all the second night, nearly electrocuted myself in the "suicide shower", read our blog post on marquestra! Had to use a shower in another room after ours had sparks and smoke coming out of it! Asked for towels, never got them… Breakfast was ok by Bolivian standards, well located in town but no "inside parking" meant our truck stayed on the street… Got our front license plate ripped off, local souvenir trade I guess!!!
