We stayed for 2 nights: one night before the salt flats tour and one night after. I'd have probably expected to pay a little less, given general prices in Bolivia and the fact that the building is old and bathroom facilities are conmunal. ||The hotel contains rooms spread over a number of levels which surround a central courtyard (itself under cover). It's pretty tatty, but is located in a decent location and within a short walk from a number of the better tour agencies.||Beds were comfy and I had a decent night's sleep. There are a couple of communal showers located on each level of the building. The temperature ranged from freezing to nearly scalding, which wasn't great (especially after 3 days on the salar at which point I felt pretty disgusting). The owner is very friendly, he's very helpful with all we needs.||||1. The room isn't quite spacious. The water in our room wasn't very strong (I think that's because we are on the first floor?) We have to keep pressing the button if we are using the sink. The water is hot though. ||2. The wifi runs pretty slow when everyone is back.||3. The breakfast they provided is very delicious.||4. The price is acceptable with all the experience that we stayed here.||5. The location itself is perfect!||6. We were very lucky that we have to chance to enjoy one of their carnival in Uyuni, ||the owner and his family were very friendly and ask us to join with them, we had some beers together, some chat. Room is stuffy, u either open window inside the room during sleep and get rob or I close window during sleep that make u cannot breath. Ok, if u have not been shower forever, they do have hot shower. Room and bed are not clean. Breakfast is cracker and bread, bread and cracker. There is fruit but not looking clean . Water is smelly. Coffee is instant. Can ask for refill of food if they are all gone even if you are up early but... u have to ask for it three times. The reception is not too helpful and needa counter check for their suggestions... they usually overprice apparently...location? The town is small, really. Everywhere is walkable distance and depends if u like it near the bus station or the "tour" street. There is exchange next to it thought...
