Under One Botswana Sky — Hotel in Chobe District

The location is unique and fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I always stay at your lodges, both Nata and Chobe Safari Lodge. However, we had an issue that I must bring to the attention of management. We had dinner in the a la carte restaurant in the adjoining Bush Lodge. The waitress was great and the maitre d very understanding. My wife and I both ordered a prime rib steak. The starter salad and vegetables, and starch were very good. The steak was completely inedible. It was just all fat and gristle. This is clearly a case of the staff being let down by the manager/buyer. The meat quality was just horrible. I cannot see the wisdom in procuring meat of this quality and completely destroying the dining experience for the sake of saving a few pula. Sorry, but this...

It will be a year on 4 March 2020, since we landed at Moremi Crossing for a three day stay, all found, from there we flew from, "The Crossing", to Chobe Safari Lodge, for a four night stay. With 20/20 vision, I do wish we had made both visits of longer duration.

From start to finish, from our, "meet and greet", at Maun Airport, to our fond farewells at Chobe, we were looked after well, all the way. The all found accommodation at Moremi Crossing was especially fabulous the food, service, activities, the tent and the well stocked bar was simply, "home away from home", but better!

Beautifull place to stay over. Nice setting, on the banks of the Chobe river. Game drives and boat cruises...
