These guys get one star from me because of the way I was treated by the manager. the place is actually beautiful,great interior, location, breakfast, etc but the most of the staff except for the Chilean girl were not warm and seemed disinterested in welcoming and interacting with the guests. However, the Argentinan female manager was the cherry on top. We had a disagreement about the noise policy. I simply asked a question and got an attitude I would never forget. The story is too long to post but she gave me a bad attitude from the beginning, acted on my behalf without my request, got extremely defensive over everything I said, wouldn’t listen to what I said, personally attacked me, accused me of being drunk and told me to leave the place. I’ve never received such hostility and felt so belittled from any staff at any hostel before just for asking a simple question. It’s Safe to say I won’t be recommending this...

Fiquei hospedada no hostel entre os dias 23 e 26 de dezembro para comemorar meu aniversário, que foi 25.12 e foi uma experiência inesquecível! Foi a minha primeira vez em um hostel e mas me senti acolhida desde o primeiro momento.

Cheguei antes do horário de check-in e, mesmo sem uma acomodação disponível na hora, fui recebida de forma super acolhedora. Fui convidada a tomar café junto com os outros hóspedes e pude guardar minhas coisas em um local seguro, o que já me fez sentir confortável e bem-vinda.

Falando em segurança, esse é outro ponto de destaque. Há um cuidado genuíno com os hóspedes, tanto em relação aos pertences quanto ao ambiente em si. Como mulher viajando sozinha, me senti completamente tranquila durante toda a estadia.

Agora, a ceia de Natal foi simplesmente sensacional! Eles organizaram uma noite cheia de energia boa, com tacos deliciosos, música animada e a galera toda reunida. Foi incrível compartilhar meu aniversário com pessoas de vários lugares do mundo, num clima de amizade e muita alegria. Os donos e funcionários realmente sabem criar um ambiente acolhedor e especial.

O café da manhã é simples, mas completo e delicioso. Tem pão, ovos mexidos feitos na hora, café, leite, chá, suco, água, geleia, manteiga e até uma pastinha de homus que me surpreendeu. É ótimo começar o dia assim, já sentindo o clima acolhedor do hostel.

Os quartos são muito limpos, organizados e as camas e colchões são novinhos, o que faz toda a diferença. Além disso, o hostel tem uma energia incrível, perfeita para quem quer conhecer gente nova e trocar experiências.

Quero deixar um agradecimento especial à Marina, que foi uma verdadeira anfitriã. Desde o momento em que cheguei, ela me deixou à vontade com seu jeito acolhedor e atencioso. As voluntárias também são maravilhosas, sempre dispostas a ajudar e manter o clima leve e descontraído.

Os donos são um charme à parte. Eles são muito queridos, conseguem criar um ambiente confortável sem nunca serem invasivos, o que faz você se sentir em casa.

Resumindo: foi uma experiência maravilhosa, daquelas que deixam saudade. O lugar é perfeito para quem quer se sentir seguro, conhecer gente bacana e ainda curtir um ambiente cheio de boas energias. Com certeza vou voltar e recomendo de...
