What an amazingly friendly host is Felipe! We were planning on staying 3 nights in Paraty but ended up staying 5 nights in Lira Praieira.

It is not the closest to the city center BUT a lot of things make up for this!

Super friendly and knowledgeable host Clean and cozy pousada Delicious home made breakfast! Fresh fruits, juices, bread, cakes, .. we have travelled a lot and never had such breakfasts! The walk to the city center takes 15min. You experience Brazilian life outside of the touristic center. Its a safe walk and makes you discover more than the historic center Close to the bus stop. At 2 min walking you can take the bus to any of the beaches in the Paraty area Felipe has a great music knowledge. Want to discover Brazilian music? Talk to Felipe!

Я путешествовал с семьей 2 недели по Бразилии и объехал разные города и ночевал в разных отелях, и с уверенностью могу сказать, что этот дом остался в нашем сердце и воспоминаниях. Номер был семейный и удобный, дети полюбили двухъярусные кровати, а душевая была таких размеров, что там пол футбольной команды может принять душ, хотя душ был частный в комнате только для нашей семьи. Общие комнаты и сад имеют крутой музыкальный вайб. Завтрак был простой, но когда еда качественная - свежий хлеб, свежевыжатый сок, хороший кофе - все вместе создают прелестную атмосферу утра. Хозяин Филипе прекрасный собеседник и помощник. Даже когда мы выселились он выдал нам зонты, чтобы мы смогли прогуляться по центру под дождем. Спасибо тебе, Филиппе. Продолжай в том же духе!

Português: Eu viajei com a minha família por 2 semanas pelo Brasil, passando por diferentes cidades e ficando em vários hotéis, e posso dizer com confiança que esta casa ficou em nossos corações e memórias. O quarto era familiar e confortável, as crianças adoraram os beliches, e o chuveiro era tão grande que até um time de futebol poderia tomar banho lá, embora o banheiro fosse privado, apenas para a nossa família. As áreas comuns e o jardim têm um vibe musical incrível. O café da manhã era simples, mas quando a comida é de qualidade – pão fresco, suco espremido na hora, bom café – tudo junto cria uma atmosfera matinal encantadora. O anfitrião, Felipe, é um excelente conversador e muito prestativo. Mesmo depois que fizemos o check-out, ele nos deu guarda-chuvas para que pudéssemos passear pelo centro da cidade debaixo de chuva. English: I traveled with my family for 2 weeks around Brazil, visiting different cities and staying in various hotels, and I can confidently say that this house has stayed in our hearts and memories. The room was family-friendly and comfortable, the kids loved the bunk beds, and the shower was so large that even a football team could shower there, though it was a private shower just for our family. The common areas and the garden have a cool musical vibe. The breakfast was simple, but when the food is high quality – fresh bread, freshly squeezed juice, good coffee – it all creates a delightful morning atmosphere. The host, Filipe, is a great conversationalist and very helpful. Even after we checked out, he gave us umbrellas so we could stroll around the center in the rain. Thank you, Felipe. Keep up...

We had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. The hostel is a 15-20 nin walk (or 6 min cycle) to the historical town so far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get in the middle of it. Ia and Ia were lovely, so helpful and just couldn’t do enough to make us comfortable. ||They are a new hostel so still finding their feet, but they had a delicious breakfast, comfortable beds and a fab atmosphere. We even had a BBQ one night and it was so much fun! I highly recommend staying here.|They organised and recommended tours for us and again it was fabulous and did not disappoint!
