Pousada Mar de Araçatiba — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Angra dos Reis

We wanted to spend some relaxed days at the Poudada but it turned out to be a desaster!!!||When we arrived there was no internet and no electricity. He could not fix it. There was a lot of garbage around the Pousada and the beach next to the Pousada did not look too inviting.||Due to a familiy related incident we needed to go back to the principal town of the island. As we did not have internet we could not cancel the reservation so we agreed with the host that he would do it, at no charge! He was very drunk so we were very sceptical about his promise but we had no other choice than trust him. We went there for a vacation. It was a real desaster.. The house is surrounded by trash. We furthermore didnt have electricity and no internet when we arrived. Due to a persinal issue we wanted ti go back because as we needed internet. The owner, pretty drunk at this time, agreed that we dobt need to pay anything and we can later cancel it via booking. Dei uma estrela porque não tinha como dar nenhuma. Horrível e decepcionante. Instalações péssimas. Decoração feia, quarto pequeno, cama pequena, TV ultrapassada que só pega uns cinco canais abertos, ar-condicionado fraquíssimo, sinal de Wi-Fi péssimo, ventilador de teto só pra enfeite, sem armário, banheiro pequeno e maltratado que ainda estava com um resto de sabonete do hóspede anterior, sem produtos de higiene pessoal, faltou água por algumas horas, café da manhã simples e mal feito, comida cara e sem qualidade.
