Radisson Blu Belo Horizonte, Savassi — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Belo Horizonte

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel Savassi, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience! The location is perfect (across from the shopping mall), and the rooms are excellent—spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service.

After a disappointing experience at two other hotels, we decided to give Radisson Blu a try. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Jackson, whose politeness made us feel right at home. Rafael then took us on a detailed tour of the hotel, showcasing its fantastic amenities. It was clear from the start that we had made the right choice.

We ended up staying for six wonderful days, and every moment was delightful. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I must also commend the entire staff—they were consistently helpful and courteous. A special mention goes to the doorman, who always seemed to anticipate our arrival and would run to call the elevator for us! Jackson who would find me at the business room to offer water or coffee and the breakfast team that would make us a delicious omelette every morning.

Room ok, big bathroom. Good breakfast, near to shopping mall and food opportunities. To improve absolutely the housekeeping of the rooms, not adequate to such level of hotel. Room very badly cleaned, no standards applied from a day to another in terms of how many towels they decide to change or which toiletries to leave for the guest in the bathroom. Also the bed is very badly settled-up..very badly. And the mattress is very uncomfortable...by far too soft for the health of your back if you stay for a medium-long period. The room's floor has been cleaned after one week only upon request.. for ONE week they left the same trash I left deliberately on the floor. A swimming pool would be appealing.. the steam room is bad and dirty... the gym...

We enjoyed our recent stay of five nights very much. From our very first moments there, the reception staff were extremely professional and welcoming. Their command of English was exceptional, so there were no difficulties in communicating. Ana, especially, had helpful tips and recommendations at every turn. She arranged a driver for our excursion to Ouro Preto, which turned out very well, as the driver anticipated our every need, including recommending a great restaurant for lunch.|The breakfast buffet was excellent. The only thing we missed was not having an actual hotel bar, just a restaurant, but we were still able to get a nightcap there at the end of...
