Good side: 2 blocks to main road, so take "vans" to downtown is quick. Shared spaces like garden and pool are great, even a barbecue is available. Personel very friendly and cooperative. Portughese / Spanish spoken widely, not so the english but isn't a problem.||||To improve: Bathroom cleaniness must be improved. No mirrow on bathroom.||TV without remote and with only 2 channels on portughese only.||Safebox and night table are inexistant on rooms.||Soap only on bathroom (No shampoo) (It's a joke? Didn't knew that shampoo on rooms can damage the budget of an "Hotel")||Space of about 7mm below door which allowed any insect to come...so we cover it with a towel.||Not all rooms have courtains to have a pleasant sleep.||Not all rooms have a chair inside or even the space to have it.||Not fitness center or something like that, only the pool.||Brakfast should include other fruits like mango/apple/kiwi/ etc, It's Brazil not the desert.||Going to take the Cabo frio tour?, Don't rent snorkel, there is nothing to see underwater and I would recommend purchase one day early a dramamine pill to avoid the sea sickness||||Would resume is more a Bed& breakfast than a Hotel and the deficiencies on the installations are covered with very kind and helpful personnel, but that doesn't make dissapear the problems that you...

This is a new hotel in Buzios. It was more like a bed & breakfast than a hotel for me as an American. My boyfriend is Brazilian and loved this place. Once I resolved the fact that there wasn't any closet in the room - which was quite large actually and the fact that there was no hot water at the bathroom sink and appreciated the quietness and beauty of the place, I found the place to be a true treasure. The owner is a composer/songwriter and came and sat with us on Friday night and played the guitar and sang to us. It was magical. There is a very lovely energy about the place. The employees are really beautiful souls and truly are there to help. Would recommend this hotel with the understanding that it is more of an "American" style bed...

Fiquei hospedada nesse hotel, junto com meu marido para para passamos apenas um final de semana ( Uma noite). Vamos te contar nossas experiência kkkk Ao chegar no hotel , fomos alocados no 104 , a descarga já não funcionava , porém logo nos trocaram de quarto , até aí tudo bem. ( Mas os sinais já estavam sendo mostrados ... ) Fomos transferidos para quarto 105 . Após o passeio a noite , chegamos ás 23:00 Ligamos a ar condicionado, no início gelou bem , porém pouco tempo depois , o quarto ficou super quente. Advinha quem não funcionou ? O vaso! Pouca vazão de água, até para o número 1 não tinha vazão ( imaginei o 02) já sabe o que aconteceu né kkkk Nisso já era 00:00 estavamos cansados e só queríamos dormir ( Rindo horrores da situação, porém frutados claro) O café da manhã do hotel é de 08:00 até 10:00 , chegamos no por volta das 09:20 só tinha pão, café, presunto apenas. Todos os demais itens já tinham acabado. Pedimos reposição para moça da cozinha , porém a única coisa que foi disponibilizado foi o suco e frios ( Queijo e presunto) Não tinha mais ovos, bolos, frutas , molho de cachorro quente, enfim tudo já tinha acabado. Questionei novamente com a moça da cozinha ( que foi extremamente educada e simpática) porém não sabia o que fazer, e disse que falaria com a patroa dela para resolver ou seja, acabou tudo!! Tomamos café apenas com , pão com queijo e presunto e café. Achamos que poderíamos aproveitar pelo menos um pouco da piscina, pelo menos ( porém o Check out era 10:00) , ou seja , acorda e tchau. A sorte dessa história toda , que estava na companhia da melhor pessoa, meu marido que rimos dessa situação, e levou essa situação de forma mais descontraída. Voltarei? Claro que não rsrsrs
