Pousada La Dolce Vita Búzios — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Cabo Frio

The inn have a good infrastructure, but the quality are not in the same level.||We traveled on two couples: I got the room #2 and despite it was very close to the entrance, it was very quite and sleep was good. The room was large and confortable at all.||However, the other couple stayed in the room #5 and they had problems with mosquitos and a mold smell. They complained with the lady on the reception and, although she explained that a specific product is used to avoid mosquitos on the room, the mosquitos kept annoying them.||||The inn has a beautiful view of Joao Fernandes' bay and the sea.||||Breakfast could be better: a good variety of breads, but when one of them ends, it ends and there is no supply. only one cake.. I missed the offer of scrambled eggs. Juices were fine: two varieties.||||The attendance could be better, employees seem to be a little confused sometimes.||||In general, our opinion is that the price paid didn't worth at all. I was there at christmas 2015, but the room was never what they promised us for the booking! I booked a "master suite with bath" what we got was a family room with 4 bed with a big bathroom... But the smell inside the room was like they washed the hole roomwith water and let the room open for a long time then coz the room was full of mosquitos! There were no towels in the room, neither a trash-bag... 😊: Amazing location, beautiful sunset view from the pool deck, close to a great snorkeling beach (reef is closed for boats, lots of fish and we enjoyed a close encounter with a seaturtle). Their staff is very friendly and breakfast is great! Lots of variety and very delicious.. 😢: It would be great if there would be a bar at the pool or some bottled/canned drinks for sale at reception (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). There is no grocery store nearby so we bought some drinks and took an uber from centro. But we rather would have bought from the pousada. So perhaps a good business...
