Hotel Quinta da Bica D'Água — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Florianópolis

The grounds are lovely (albeit compact) and I was delighted to land here after a few days elsewhere in Brazil that was sub-par. The room is quite large, which was good. The set up was sort of odd - two thin/hard little twin beds and a long counter than ran down the length of the wall on one side. A small desk with a chair that was not comfy. Big dual closets and good size bathroom. The AC was good.||||Problems? The walls had major cracks - not such a big deal - but someone had spackled them sloppily and left it that way. The wall looked like a patchwork of fat white spider webs -- if you are going to spackle - fine, but don't leave it that way. The walls and doors are incredibly thin, so the sound proofing is dismal. I think they allow dogs, or else there was one outside of my window every morning at 6 am barking incessantly. That was really annoying. There was a wedding there on a Saturday night, and the reveling required that I use ear plugs. I wish they had screens in the bathroom window. To vent required opening and mosquitoes came in. Hair dryer was lame.||||Loved? The breakfast cafe was lovely and the selection was quite good. The pool was pretty, but I did not get in it. I actually loved the smell of the sheets. Sounds weird, but there was a faint smell of bleach which (weird I know) I love to smell. The sheets were nice, clean and fresh. The folks in the office were incredibly sweet and helpful. Ontem dia 02/02/2020 às 18h eu e Maria Catarina vivenciamos nossa primeira discriminação 😔. Fomos tomar café colonial com minha família no Hotel Quinta da Bica D'água localizado na Carvoeira. Precisei trocar a fralda da Maria e o hotel não possuia banheiros com trocador, desta forma, fui direcionada para a recepção do mesmo onde teria um "sofá" que eu poderia efetuar a troca. Pensei... OK, quem me conhece sabe que não sou fresca, porém quando entramos na recepção e pedi ao recepcionista o local ele me indicou um sofá. Quando entrei na sala, com o olhar de mãe já selecionei o melhor lugar automaticamente, limpo e seguro, no entando o atendente solicitou que a bebê fosse colocasa em outro, e nas palavras dele repito "senhora, tem que ser aquele velho e rasgado ali, pois se sujar não tem problema". PASMEM! Olhei para o sofá, fui até o móvel e pela fotos abaixo todos podem ver que não tem condições de uso. Além disso, ele perguntou se eu teria as ferramentas adequadas, pois se o sujasse eu teria que pagar a limpeza. 🤬 Bom, com toda educação que eu nem precisava ter, pois estou no auge do famoso puerpério, onde as mulheres literalmente enlouquecem, respondi que trocaria no sofá vermelho, limpo e normal. Minha tia, Glorinha, que estava comigo ficou apavorada e tentou um diálogo com o rapaz, ineficaz. Eu simplesmente olhei pra minha filha e conversei com ela, que dava belas gargalhadas no auge da sua inocência e a troquei no sofá proibido, sem intercorrência alguma, afinal o que é uma troca de fraldas perto das 640 que já executei nestes 80 dias de Maria. Bom...o rapaz ficou ao meu lado pedindo pra eu parar e avisando que não era permitido a troca ali naquele sofá. Ignorei sua presença e finalizei agradecendo a boa educação. Pensei no ocorrido hoje, como mãe eu jamais a colocaria num lugar sujo, velho e empoeirado, muito menos rasgado, sem preconceito com o móvel antigo, nossos filhos são nossos tesouros, ainda mais um bebê de 80 dias com pele delicada ao extremo. Pensei também que como pessoa faltou muita empatia da parte dele, que ser humano pediria isso a uma Mãe! Como profissional de marketing que sou, pensei a respeito da imagem deste Hotel e sei o quanto nós profissionais trabalhamos para construir. O que este colaborador poderia fazer, como poderia agir?

Como pessoa ele simplesmente poderia oferecer o melhor sofá ou que deixasse a mãe escolher o que ela quisesse. Deixaria à vontade. Como profissional humilde ele poderia explicar a situação, de que tinha a ordem de colocar as mães a trocar seus filhos no sofá velho e rasgadado. Neste caso, eu seria com certeza mais complacente com o que aconteceu e apenas chamaria o gerente. Como um profissional de verdade treinado e humano, representante do gerente que não estava no dia, nem do café e nem do Hotel ele deveria pedir desculpas por não ter um lugar adequado para atender as necessidades de um menor, o ECA exige! pois não posso ser obrigada a expor minha filha em uma troca de fraldas onde existe nudez em qualquer lugar, e poderia nos oferecer um quarto para isso, afinal é um hotel.

Bom, nada disso ocorreu e um lugar onde eu sempre tive como referência de atendimento e qualidade decepcionou.

Espero uma retratação formal, pois fomos discriminadas e mau atendidas, inclusive pedi nota fiscal do serviço oferecido e não tinham na hora. Est ou aguardando a nota pelo e-mail.

Não sou de reclamar mas este tipo de pessoa além de não ter tido um treinamento adequado é uma...
