Pousada Terra Mar Way: Maraú, Barra Grande, Bahia — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Ilhéus – Itabuna

Very bad service and the room is very far from what the pictures show. We have booked a double bed and we were very disappointed with what we got. The Aircon has water leaking directly on the top of the mini-fridge, which is rusty, the toilet sit is made of plastic and it was broken so it hurt your butt when you are sitting. Wall sockets installed behind the bed, so you need to move the bed away while charging your phone. We were promised another room after pointing out the problems, we were instructed to pack our things, leaving them on the side and they would transfer us to a better place while we were out. I left the hotel, told the receptionist that our stuff were packed and when we returned? No room available, the receptionist told me that it was because we had the only key available for the room so they couldn't move our things. Really? A hotel that has only one key for each room and no copies available? We are talking about a hotel on the beach, where people can easily loose a key while swimming for example. And would they clean the rooms? Awful treatment, you can get something better...

Worst hotel experience of our life.

A real nightmare.

The rooms looked nothing like on the pictures we could have seen on booking or your website.

We paid 450eur per night during 6nights which is totally scandalous with regards to the rooms. We had to be shown four different rooms and had to be moved once during our stay. Rooms are literally facing the noisy road, white walls without any decoration, disgusting bathroom, they look worth than any hospital room. No water in the fridge (if we can call it a fridge...), extremely noisy pool, stinky/yellow shower water. This must be a joke. shower water. This must be a joke.

Pontos positivos: café da manhã vasto, variado, e gostoso; Mesmo não possuindo estacionamento dentro da pousada, há possibilidade de deixar o carro ao fundo da pousada de forma segura e gratuita; cama confortável e quarto limpo; a localização é muito boa, próxima a vila e praias. Pontos negativos: o quarto standart tem um box muito pequeno o que dificulta um banho confortável, o banheiro n possui estantes pra colocar shampoo, condicionador etc; toda encanação tem um cheiro um pouco estranho que pode ser desagradável para alguns; as informações são que a limpeza pode ser feita até às 17h, mas as funcionárias batem na porta do quarto mesmo se vc estiver dentro (o q é um pouco incoveniente se vc estiver tirando um cochilo); Tivemos problemas com a descarga do nosso banheiro e mesmo avisando na recepção o problema continuou; nosso chuveiro estava muito sujo, e com os orifícios entupidos, e tivemos que limpar pra conseguir tomar banho com uma vazão de água melhor; o ar condicionado na última noite de estadia começou a pingar bastante pra dentro do quarto (22h) em cima da única bancada, por sorte tiramos nossas coisas de cima a tempo de nao estragar nada e n tinha nenhum eletrônico, mas um rapaz da recepção veio consertar, mas tbm foi uma situação bem chata; as chaves ficam sempre com o hóspede, então a recepção (pelo menos a minha impressão) fica vazia, ou estão sempre ocupados, mas a comunicação é feita via whatsapp com os hóspedes e é boa.

Conclusão: não recomendo quarto standart, se quer ficar nesta pousada, é melhor investir em uma suíte luxo. A pousada é boa, mas o quarto standart que eu fiquei (06) deixou um...
