Swan Rio Grande — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Pelotas

I was very pleased to stay in the Swan with my wife for 3 days during September, 2012. The hotel is brand new and the staff, it appears, is still having a hard time figuring out how to handle this place, but nothing that cannot be solved with their attention to the clients. The room is small but very clean and pleasant, the breakfast is good, especially when they decide to put some of the local sweets. The location is in a developing area of Rio Grande, close to the fish marker and facing the Patos Lagoon. The hotel has a garage (small, but efficient) but they were having trouble with the wifi access (they have made a mistake by deciding to use fixed IP address for each room). I am certain this will be solved. To this dates, I ma sure this is one of the best places to stay...

Generally good. Nice rooms. Clean and tidy. Service also pretty good. Only thing that big difference between lunch and dinner (around 8 hours). The rest things are OK. Each room have everything you need. Good WiFi, air conditioning, TV set, big bed, nice working area near the window, enough light in the room. Good shower cabin and sink. Police department next door. In front of the hotel you have small recreation area, where usually people are getting different exercises. Nice park area and supermarket in 5-10...
