When my company booked my room, they understood it was paid for (just like other times they did exactly the same way). When i got here, i had to pay for it because it wasn't paid for. My room had only one soap (how will I shower and wash my hands in the sink?)and shampoo. I'm used to have other products available, such as deodorant, floss, tooth paste, etc) available. The wall socket wasn't working and I plugged my phone on it to charge overnight. I only noticed in the morning, when I had to leave. This put my in trouble, because I use the phone to work all day. Finally, on check out, I found out I still had to pay for breakfast, which was already on the original reservation. If it is on the reservation, why wasn't it charged altogether? The hotel doesn’t provide extras like slippers, which I expected and brought my own, but I was surprised that only bath towels were provided with no hand towels. The only bin is in the bathroom, and it would be helpful to have one in the room as well.|The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and some spoke English, which made things much easier. The location is convenient busy but safe and it was easy to get an Uber to pick you up or drop you off right outside the hotel. The room had a fridge, which was empty, making it handy to stock up from the nearby supermarket.
