I'll start this off by saying I'm pretty sure the burgers are great. I was at the counter. I saw them and smelled them. They looked nice. Too bad I never got to order one.
I walked in Friday, sep 30th around 8pm.
I got to the counter and was rudely greeted by a frowning and and unprofessional lady. I attempted to order and She pretended not to know English. I began using Google translate, and I guess because she grew impatient, because she miraculously learned the entire English language within 10 seconds.
I was relieved that she learned those English skills so fast! I tried to smile to soften the tension and proceeded to order. I asked for a burger with 2 patties, and she looked at me with a deadpan face and said, "we don't sell it." I asked for a burger with avocado mayonnaise and she replied "we don't have it." Still wearing her deadpan face. All items she claims they don't sale were clearly on their paper menu and on their current online menu. Plot twist, I can also see these items in bulk on the counter and their stove. So I settled for their feature burger on the menu And asked to pay in cash. The deadpan face went back to a frown. She said she doesn't accept cash and rolled her eyes. Ironically, I saw other customers checking out with cash. I said thank you very much and walked back home defeated.
I do not apologize for interrupting this Frowning lady at her job to place and order. Customer service requires servicing the customer. If you can't handle it without frowning you need to find another job. I've lived in Brazil since February and been to hundreds of restaurants. this is easily the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant and nothing comes even close. Not only the worst experience in Brazil, but the worst experience I've had in quite some years. She prevailed as the winner in this exchange. Read moreI came here because I heard about the good quality of the burger. Moreover, I was intrigued by the pretzel bun. The guy I ordered with was chilled and tried to understand my bad Portuguese. The burger came relatively quick.
The optic was perfect. The bun soft and tear-proof. The meat looked juicy. The cheese could be slightly more melted, anyway. The taste was incredible!! Really American burger! And was so good even my girlfriend liked it and she is really not into burger (😢). Fries were solid but not special.

Ontem (14/01/2023), fizemos um pedido de um hambúrguer com batata canoa, que levou mais de 40 minutos pra chegar (isso após o restaurante informar que o pedido já havia saído para entrega), sendo que moro na praia de Botafogo (situado no mesmo bairro da hamburgueria). Ligamos para a loja e foi um descaso total. Atendimento sem nenhuma consideração ao cliente, a ponto de falarem "Não podemos fazer nada, senhor". Quando o entregador apareceu na minha porta, peguei o pacote e quando fui conferir, pra piorar a minha experiência (que já estava ruim) o hambúrguer estava frio e a batata canoa não veio. Ainda tive que escutar do entregador que se eu quisesse era só cancelar. Total falta de empatia com o cliente. Já se passava das 22h, a fome estava grande e seria inviável passar pelo transtorno do cancelamento feito pelo app. Então, liguei novamente pra loja e a atendente falou que mandaria somente a batata (mas tem cabimento ter que aguardar mais 1h só pela batata? O hambúrguer já estava frio). Simplesmente a pior experiência que um cliente pode ter. Juro por Deus que comi o hambúrguer sem nenhum prazer.
