By Brazilian standards this is an excellent hotel. The rooms are clean and most everything works. Beds are reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was nice, though nothing exceptional. Location is excellent - right in the middle of Holambra.||||The only catch is odd things missing. For example: no soap dishes of any kind in the bathroom nor the shower. A single towel rack. They have a printer but no scanner, so if you need to sign a document and send it back to someone, you'll have to take a picture with your phone.||||Really nothing that interfered with enjoying my stay, just odd (though having to keep all of my shower items on the floor was annoying). Clean and decent, ok place. value for money is ok, quite quiet so a good night sleep is quite possible. A minute walk from the restaurant madurodam ( open on Mondays which is a blessing) and 5 minutes from the more touristy place. If you plan to do anything on the Internet however, bring patience and don't expect too much. It may work occasionally. And just now the Internet stopped. Ao chegar estacionados o carro na frente, na vaga externa, hotel não tem estacionamento fechado. Mas, isso não foi nenhum problema, pois a cidade e bem tranquila calma e silenciosa durante a noite. A recepcionista foi super educada, prestativa. O quarto é grande, cama boa, travesseiros bons, TV com alguns canais Sky, ar condicionado gela muito rápido e silencioso. Frigobar estava desligado, mas, havia um recado no quarto que poderíamos ligar e abastecer com os produtos que estava na recepção (água, refri, cerveja etc) tinha até a tabela de valores. Achei super válido, para economizar energia. Adorei a ideia. O banheiro era espaçoso, espelho no banheiro e no quarto. Chuveiro com água quente e gelada, a pia também. Só que não havia puxadores para pendurar a toalha de rosto. E um ponto negativo quando fomos tomar banho ou usar a privada saia muita água pelo chão, não sabíamos se escorria pelo box do banheiro ou por algum cano da privada. Alagou o banheiro. Mas, no outro dia usamos normal e nada aconteceu. Café da manhã simples, porém saboroso feito com carinho. Variedade não era muito farta. O básico para um café da manhã. Café, pão, leite, ovos mexidos, bolo, bolachinhas, frios e sucos. Adorei tudo!! Voltarei novamente e sem dúvidas ficarei no Hotel...
