Pousada Villa Maritima — Hotel in Região Imediata de Caraguatatuba-Ubatuba-São Sebastião

Upon the arrival after a very long trip (a lot of traffic to get there), we arrived at the hotel and there was no water in the room. The concierge did not seemed surprised. They had no vacant room to change and offered to change to another room that was going to be occupied the next day. This was a big problem for us since it was a 2 day trip. We did not change rooms but used the other bathroom and held on to the key as indicated by the concierge. However, in the next day, without our knowledge, a hotel employee got into our room and took the key when we were not there. Fortunatelly, we did not have more problems with the water. Additionally, all rooms are old and lack maintanence. Simple things that with a little bit of care and a low budget can be fixed. It looked like I was staying in a place that have been vacant forever! I will never return...

Pousada é válida no quesito de localização, o carro fica estacionado e só retira na hora de ir embora, pq tudo é muito perto, mercado em frente ! Shopping, restaurantes, praia em 2 quadras. Oferecem cadeira e guarda sol para a praia, algumas novas, outras bem velhas! instalações são simples, mas agradáveis. Tive problema com o chuveiro por 2x, o destaque pelo empenho para resolver vai para o funcionário Paulo, atencioso e preocupado em nós proporcionar uma boa estadia.

No banheiro senti falta de amenidades, como shampoo por exemplo e secador (não sei se basta pedir, não perguntei na recepção).

A estadia não foi perfeita, devido a situação de pandemia e o tempo não colaborou, mas isso foge da alçada do staff, compreendo.

No café da manhã, em razão da pandemia, agora a funcionária nos serve, alvitro que deixe uma funcionária somente para servir no balcão, pois elas ficam ocupadas dentro da cozinha e necessitam sair a todo momento para pegarem um sachê de açúcar aos hóspedes, por exemplo.

Fiquei no quarto número 07, silencioso. Está ao final do corredor.
