My wife and I stayed here for 5 days during a conference. Contrary to other reviews, our stay was very pleasant. The location of the hotel was convenient for shops and restaurants. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful (e.g., letting us print files for free at the front desk, allowing us to take hot water and tea from the restaurant up to our room at night).
