The hotel is good enough. The rooms are small and have very old TVs with no HD. That is not a problem normally. What I did find troublesome was that there is no iron in the rooms. You need to go to an "ironing room" that consists solely in one iron and one ironing board.
The breakfast is good. Buffet. It's the same menu daily thou, but is good. The coffee is good.
The dinner not so much. I ordered a Capresse risotto which was very bad. Did not tasted like risotto or caprese at all.
Some members of the staff seem unfamiliar with the charging system which resulted in long waits trying to have everything ready at check out.

The last apartment was old, still clean, but old with excessively worn (for a hotel like Mercure) furniture.
