Stayed here for 2 nights during our travel in Brazil. The hotel itself isn't bad at all, our room was big enough for 2 person. We had a double bed and a single bed in the room. The mattress was too hard, we couldn't sleep well, but maybe for others this is not an issue. The bathroom was fine, big enough and clean. Everything was clean. There were not enough sockets in the walls and some of them were loose. We had plenty place for our two big suitcases and we could set all the lights and the AC from our bed using a control panel above our pillows. (see the attached pictures). The breakfast was buffet style with many selections and it was good to start the day, but it was far from a perfect dream buffet. There is no WIFI signal in the rooms, you can use the internet in the lobby and in the dining area. We were on the 4th floor and the signal was too week to be able to connect. However maybe from the first and second floors it is strong enough to use it from the room. In the room there is no hairdryer. The hotel staff doesn't speak English at all. Even a simple English word is too much for them. I had to play Activity when I asked for a hairdryer and that wasn't enough since I had to make the sound of the hairdryer otherwise they couldn't figure out what I need. I think in a hotel this is unacceptable.||The location of the hotel from one hand is good since the Republica subway station is only a few minutes walk and this is really the downtown area of Sao Paolo. However the streets are dirty with homeless people everywhere. It was an uncomfortable experience to do that short walk from the subway station to the hotel in all cases day and night. ||||Because of the rundown location with homeless people and the lack of English knowledge of the staff I wouldn't stay here again. Instead I would pay more and find a place where I feel myself more safe than here and where I can get support and information in English from the hotel staff. Not to mention the non-existing Wireless Internet in the room.||||I attached a couple of photos to make it easier for other travelers to decide whether this hotel is good enough...
Read moreStayed here for 5 nights during the World Cup. ||||It had obviously just been refurbished, our room looked brand new and was great - spacious, clean and a fantastic shower. The hotel has a great location too, close to the Republica metro station and a short walk to the main central sights. A decent buffet breakfast too.||||Only a couple of negatives.||Firstly wifi is only available in the lobby area. For a hotel of this quality I found that very disappointing. ||Secondly, we had a room that faced out onto the main street. As the air conditioning unit had been fitted into a hole in the wall, there were plenty of gaps and as such general street noise could get into the room which was a but...
Ele parecia bravo comigo e me confrontou e me deu as costas. E ainda me colocaram logo embaixo da obra.
