I traveled to Sao Paulo to be the keynote speaker. The conference booked the hotel for me and I'm so glad they did! The hotel is in a great neightbourhood. Lots of restaurants, stores and amenities within walking distance. My room was contemporary and comfortable, and the included breakfast was wonderful. The hotel bus took me to art galleries and shopping. Dinner at the restaurant was very tasty and there were vegetarian and vegan choices too! Best of all, though?? The fabulous, friendly and helpful front desk staff who made sure I had everything I needed at all times! I don't speak Portuguese, so they made sure I understood everything and was well taken care of at all times. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!...

To the English market, Mr J Oliver has his name above a local eatery . Some Jasmine trees shedding their scents in the streets. Good Wi-Fi. This whole area is on the flight path so from 7ish AM , it’s starting to get noisy, as planes do landing approach. We slept well. Also had great help from the reception staff , they kept our bags over for...

There was no door latch on my room. I guess it was removed to paint the door. My room was on the 24th floor and have a great view of the city especially at night. Reception was friendly and service in their restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was okay and the waiter although he spoke little English we go along very well. He was helpful when I asked for a cheese omelet. He selected cheese from the buffet and gave it to the chef in the kitchen. That was nice. Overall a good...
