Семеен хотел — Hotel in Bansko

I would give Family Hotel Santo Bansko 100 stars if I could. It was a warm and cosy hotel run by a very friendly couple. Our room was very clean and well heated, which was especially welcome in the midst of Bansko winter. We asked for an earlier breakfast time so we could hit the ski slopes early, and the couple made us our breakfast fresh and hot every morning at our requested time. We were greeted with smiles every single time they saw us. It's also only a few minutes walk to Bansko gondola station, and near to plenty of food and drink options. The couple who run the hotel are so genuine and warm, for a couple of city folk like us, we were won over. It was a ski resort, but our stay here also allowed us to feel the small town charm. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bansko...
