Chiplakov — Hotel in Burgas

It was worst hotel, I have ever been. They don't know how to work with guests, and don't know how to work with airbnb website. We booked our room by airbnb, paid all price. I thought that it is hotel and everything will be good, but I was so wrong. First they try to give us small room with one bed and chair bed. Chair bed was so small, not for adult person, and room was much smaller then the photo. When we start arguing, they gave us bigger room, it was also smaller then website photo, but it was late and we decided to change it next morning. Next day, thеy said we have to pay 10 levs extra if we want bigger room. We were very confused, because on the photo in airbnb was bigger room, and we paid for it. Next day they told, that we have to pay extra 100 lev!!! We booked for 4 days and already paid 312 lev, and they wanted 30% more, after we stayed 3 days. I said I can pay 40 lev, but they insisted for 100. Finally I didn't pay anything extra. Because airbnb solved our problem. They said, that hotel can't change price after arriving. Service is terrible. They wanted to cheat me. Don't book rooms here. My holidays were ruined and my mood was spoilt. Also Gabriella Todorova was very rude, she totally don't know how to work...

Just stayed there one night to be close to airport. Room Very small ,reasonably clean. A/C did not work and it was very hot in the room. The place was alive with Mosquitoes and we were eaten alive during the night. Shower is part of the toilet so everything gets wet unless you leave towels etc outside.||although the say they have parking THEY DO NOT there are about 6 parking spots 4 of which have staff cars in them. on street parking is free between 7pm and 9am.||Beds could do with being replaced Mattress worn out||Breakfast was a miserable affair 8am to 10 am is breakfast ,We were there at 8.15 am and all that was available were hard boiled eggs and bread plus 3 slices of salami and about 5 slices of cheese and there was only one other couple in restaurant at that time, so make up your own mind !||Overall place is just for sleeping ,but...

we booked one room for 3 adults, hotel confirmed it. we paid all price, but when we came they gave us a room with one big bed and small folding chair bed. this folding chair bed wasn't suitable for adult person. the room was much smaller, not the same as in the photo on the website. so, we changed it to a room with a folding sofa. moreover, they demanded an additional charge from us 100 lev, although according to the rules of the website where we booked, it is prohibited. when we tried to prove that we had paid already, we provided a payment check. they refused to believe us and were very rude. the bathroom is small, after taking a shower there is water everywhere on the floor, if another person wants to use the toilet, then he has to walk through the puddles of water...
