Awful experience avoid visiting this place!!! Wanted to spend quiet evening in this newly refurbished place. Incompetent staff super slow service where after 1h and 40 min not even starter was served. My attempt to speak to the restaurant manager failed as he decided to hide in the kitchen. Even the bill took 15 min to arrive and I was asked 3 times by different waiters if I wish to pay with card or cash. Wonderful view and interior however with this level of service is not even 1* let’s not talk about 4* establishment . The attempt to complain to reception also failed as nobody seem to be interested to hear my complain. DONT GO THERE EVER OR AT LEAST INTIL HAS NEW...

Delicious food with (mostly) really nice and attentive staff, especially the lady with the lighter hair and glasses who was incredibly patient and helpful. Comfy indoors but also a nice smoking terrace. They accept card, prices are reasonable. Open midday until 11pm so great for a late lunch and they give hotel guests a 10% discount. Ordered 1 starter and 1 main course of seafood: the starter arrived after 30 minutes. The main course..well never arrived. waited 30 minutes after finishing the starter, nothing. the waiter assured me "1-2 minutes and is ready"..waited 10 more minutes and I left. Disappointing.
