Така. Първо-камериерките са склонни да вземат нещо от стаите заради своя произход. Второ-главния персонал са много некомпетентни и са супер мудни. Трето-управителя на ресторанта( който е много некомпетентен и неучтив спрямо клиентите стъпили в ресторанта) прави проблеми, ГОЛЕМИ ПРОБЛЕМИ (за 6 салфетки), с които твърди че по този начин се заплаща на камериерките и твърди, че един пакет салфетки е 30 лв. и с всяка хвърлена салфетка дига цената два пъти повече. Четвърто-управителя на ресторанта вдигна скандал, че подадох на сестра ми СОБСТВЕНАТА Ѝ ВОДА. И помисли че крадем водата на другите хора при положение че водата беше разпределена точно за всички хора от групата. Пето-управителя (отново на ресторанта) си позволява да навлиза в личното пространство на клиентите на ресторанта чрез устните си секрети (плюнките си). Шесто-цените в ресторанта и в лобито изключително много надвишават цените в градовете, въпреки че е хотел. Хората, които отсядат в него си плащат достатъчно, за да плащат допълните 4 ЛЕВА за напитка (това е минималната цена). Седмо-заплата на персонала и камериерките все пак идва от парите на хората, които отсядат в хотела и за това не е нужно да се правят излишни коментари спрямо кой колко салфетки е хвърлил или кой колко кафета е изпил ( за което отново управителя направи проблем). Ако заплата на камериерките се заплаща чрез салфетки тогава няма проблем да не се хабят. Осмо-докато писах този коментар ОТНОВО УПРАВИТЕЛЯ НА РЕСТОРАНТА направи проблем за “сребърните” салфетки. Девето-в ресторанта е изключително мръсно и мизерно (намерена е ШЧУПЕНА чаша пад едната маса). Десето-на закуска се чака изключително много за кафе и чай, поради ползването на една кафемашина. Единайсто-спасителя в басейна не е в ролята на надзирател и вместо това седи на люлка намираща се на етажа НАД БАСЕЙНА!!! Освен това човекът намирисва на неидентифицирани субстанции! Дванайсто-персонала на хотела (сервитьорите, спасителя и управителя отново на ресторанта) нямат униформи нито баджове и никой не може да разбере дали работят в хотела.Моля оправете персонала и управителя на ресторанта. МОЛЯ. СЪСИПАХА Я ТАЗИ ДЪРЖАВА!!!

Small rooms and not enough space for our luggage. We had to move two of the armchairs into the corridor so that there would be a place to put our suitcases. We paid for 3 full beds and were given 2 beds and one small bed with an uncomfortable mattress. Тhe bathroom is small, with a poorly made faucet and a toilet that moves. The tub won't fill because it can't be closed properly. And worst of all, you are skiing at -10 degrees and you want to warm up, but there is no hot water. On the 6th floor we had cool water at 2:30pm. The ski room is some kind of miniature room that is not heated, so your ski boots are cold the next morning. Don't be fooled into staying at the hotel, there are better ones for the same price. This is NOT a 4 star hotel, rather 3 stars are too much for it. Its renovation, which they say they did, is somewhere in the past. There is no kettle for hot water, the fridge does not cool. The breakfast is not rich and varied. The tavern in the hotel - the food was 5 out of 6. Хотела отговаря на не повече от 3 звезди. Реновация е силно казано. Наложи ни се в последната вечер да поправим казанчето на тоалетната сами, защото се развали, а смесителят на мивката се клати и трудно се пуска. Ваната не се запушва и тече, съответно не може да се напълни. Третото легло, което искахме всъщност беше походно легло с тънък матрак. Никакво място в стаята. Бяхме трима души и едва си побрахме куфарите. Наложи ни се да изкараме 2 от фотьойлите в коридора отвън. Хладилника изобщо не работеше, както и да го пробвахме. Няма кана за вода. Стаята за ски нещата е студена и неотопляема, не си оставяйте обувките вътре, защото на сутринта няма да можете да ги обуете. Фоайето вечерно време е студено, храната на закуска е без особено разнообразие, на 3-тата ще ви е писнало. Механата се оказа добра, носиха поръчките много бързо и сервитьора беше приятен. Камериерката беше приветлива, стаите бяха неприятни, но бяха чисти.

The restaurant, along with the spa center, was terrible. In the spa, there were only a few loungers, which of course were not enough for everyone. There were so many loud kids - imagine that, in the spa, where people are supposed to relax - and nobody told them to be quiet or to leave the spa. As for the restaurant, we ordered and returned everything. We only paid for the drinks because the food was inedible. The rooms weren’t clean enough; there was trash left in the trash can. I do not recommend this hotel, and for sure, this was my last visit.

The restaurant, along with the spa center, was terrible. In the spa, there were only a few loungers, which of course were not enough for everyone. There were so many loud kids - imagine that, in the spa, where people are supposed to relax - and nobody told them to be quiet or to leave the spa. As for the restaurant, we ordered and returned everything. We only paid for the drinks because the food was inedible. The rooms weren’t clean enough; there was trash left in the trash can. I do not recommend this hotel, and for sure, this was my last visit.

⚠️ Disappointing Experience Marked by Unprofessional Conduct and Billing Confusion

We had a disappointing experience at this hotel, and I want to share the details so other travelers are aware and can avoid being misled or overcharged.

What happened: We called ahead to confirm our booking and were told breakfast was included in the room rate. When we checked out, we received a confusing and unclear bill — not itemized the way reputable hotels (like Marriott or InterContinental) would present it. We politely asked the front desk agent to explain the charges, but she became defensive and said she didn’t know because “it’s confusing.” Instead of clarifying, she acted panicked and argumentative, interpreting our calm request for an explanation as a personal attack. We later discovered that breakfast was not included, and the hotel charged us for breakfast for all guests — even though two people in our group did not eat breakfast at all. When we asked for those charges to be removed, the hotel refused. Shockingly, the same front desk employee told us we needed to apologize to her for asking questions about our bill.

Be aware of the following before staying here: • ✅ Get all room and meal inclusions in writing (email confirmation with prices and breakfast terms). • ⚠️ Double-check your bill carefully before paying — the format can be confusing and vague. • ❌ Don’t assume breakfast is included even if they tell you it is over the phone. • 🚫 Be cautious of staff behavior — defensiveness or confusion about billing is a red flag. • 💳 Pay by credit card for protection in case you need to dispute charges later.

Bottom line: This experience left us with serious concerns about transparency and professionalism at this property. Guests deserve clear communication and accurate billing, not confusion, hidden fees, and emotional reactions when asking for clarification.

She also made an offensive remark when I explained that I cannot read in Bulgarian. Despite my efforts to communicate respectfully, she responded by saying it was “very sad” that I couldn’t read the language — an unnecessarily condescending comment. As a Harvard alumna, I found her attitude both unprofessional and discourteous.

The breakfast was quite monotonous—during our 4-day stay, there was no variety, and each day, the selection decreased. For instance, the banitsa, which was one of the more reasonable options, was available only on the first day and in small quantities. There should be more homemade options, not just fried bread from old loaves. It would be great to offer nut milks and choices for vegetarians and people with lactose intolerance. The fruit wasn’t very good either. There was no hot water kettle for tea, and there was always a long wait for the coffee machine. The breakfast options should be more varied, with at least some changes each day. On the last day, we were left eating whatever was left. The staff did a good job cleaning the tables and were responsive when needed.

The person on the reception I believe he was also the Manager was really kind and supportive.

As for the lobby bar, there was never anyone present, so we couldn't use it. It was odd that hotel guests had to pay extra to use the foosball table and pool tables. If there's a charge, it should be more symbolic.

The hotel has been renovated inside, which is nice, and our room was great. However, the balcony lacked basic amenities—no table or chairs, making it unusable. Additionally, the room was uncomfortably hot, and we couldn’t sleep even with the balcony door open. We had to call reception to adjust the temperature.

We didn’t use the spa, so I can’t comment on that.

Our biggest issue was the presence of numerous stray dogs right outside the hotel entrance. Every time we went in or out, it was stressful, especially because we had our own dog with us. One day, two large dogs attacked us right at the door, and we were lucky the door closed before they...

❌ Very disappointing experience – definitely not a 4-star hotel ❌||We stayed at Murgavets Hotel in Pamporovo for three nights with a friend and our dog. We paid an extra 90 BGN (30 BGN per night) for our pet, expecting a comfortable and peaceful stay. Unfortunately, it turned into a stressful and exhausting experience.||✅ Positives: We were accommodated in a maisonette, and the view from the room was beautiful. That was the only good part.||❌ Major issues:| • There was a large pack of 10–12 stray dogs right outside the hotel entrance every day. Some of them were quite big (~30 kg). Every time we went out with our dog, we were afraid of being attacked. Instead of comfort, we got anxiety and constant alertness.| • We tried calling 112 for help, but no one answered. The hotel manager apologized and said they would “try to do something,” but it was obvious the dogs were being fed by hotel staff – clearly, there was no intention of removing them.| • Most shocking of all: the receptionist told us to take a firecracker and use it to protect ourselves when passing the dogs. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional for a 4-star hotel!| • At night, we couldn’t sleep because the stray dogs were barking, growling, and fighting just below our window. Our room had no air conditioning, so we had to choose between unbearable heat with the terrace door closed or loud noise with it open.||👉 Bottom line: We left more exhausted than when we arrived. What was meant to be a relaxing vacation turned into a nightmare. We absolutely do not recommend this hotel and will never return. Urgent action is needed to address safety, comfort, and proper...
