Семеен хотел "Вароша 2003" — Hotel in Lovech

All in all a overpriced hotel. You don't get what you pay for. They turn off the heating at about 11 pm for the remainder of the night during cold nights. All the rooms are very heavily impregnated with cigarettes smoke that makes your breathing overnight difficult. The interior and furnishing in the rooms desperately cry for replacements and renovation. A unpleasant odor of old and not well maintained wood fills up the rooms. The so called "free" breakfast is very cheap, untasty, with limited menu and coffee that is served cold. At checking out no question asked how the stay was. At a fraction of this hotel's ridiculous rate you can get an infinitely better treatment at a guest house in the nearby village of Slivek. Don't waste your money and nerves here at...

Dream next to the river. Absolutely spectacular place with stunning views. And breakfast 😋 OMG the most delicious in the whole country and I can put my hand on the heart, we travelled across the country and stayed in many hotels but the food here is just AWESOME. This place isn't only about warming your soul and giving pleasure to your eyes but also stomach party. Will definitely recommend this to all my friends and family. And ofcourse the team who work there are so kind, very nice and professional. We have stayed there only 2 days and wish we had more days in the country. Both ladies at the reception were gems 💎 ✨️ so helpful and very very nice. We have only caught one name Vasilina....

Dacă proprietara citește asta ar trebui să facă o schimbare in atitudine. Gândiți-vă că astăzi mănânci pe terasă - este cald afară și foarte frumos să servești masa afară, iar mâine( tot cald și frumos este)-toate mesele și scaunele sunt strânse rămânând doar trei măsuțe pe care le folosesc angajații să stea de vorbă și să fumeze. Adică ce poți face?... să mănânci în restaurant la subsol!!!...serios! ...vremea ține cu tine și tu pui turiștii la subsol??? Am luat un sejur cu demipensiune,dar nu vreau să mănânc in subsol!Alte lucruri negative legate de restaurant sunt :sarea pusă în cantitate foarte mare in mancaruri( domnule bucătar !!!! sarea se pune cu măsură!), întârzierea servirii datorată ocupării celor 9 camere- deși personal au destul, dacă la 9:45 comanzi micul dejun (fără să vrei ceva gătit- doar meniu continental) nu mai poți manca. Apoi, cred că în cameră covoarele ar trebui spălate mai des sau schimbată culoarea. Iar aerul din camere are ceva de mucegai,canalizare sau ceva ce este apăsător ca miros. Am folosit odorizante să schimbăm aerul. Nu sunt plase la geamuri și dacă le ții deschise să aerisești intră o grămadă de gândaci și gâze.Imi pare rău să scriu negativ,dar sper să rezolve aceste neplăceri pentru că hotelul...
