Arrived unexpectedly in Lovech and saw a sign on the bridge for a few nearby hotels. |Parked the car outside the entrance, the receptionist spoke good English and was very friendly.|I was given a room with small double bed which had an uncomfortable foam mattress. It was clean and had a decent size TV, the 5 channels were Bulgarian. |Small bathroom with decent size shower. ||Ate dinner in the taverna downstairs, traditional food and very reasonable cost. Read moreThis is a very charming hotel. The staff is very nice, polite and welcoming. The room is big, with new furniture, but in typical Bulgarian old style. There is a balcony with table and sitting place. The bathroom is big. They provide free toiletries. We didn't take the breakfast, so we can't tell how it is. In the room there is a TV and a fridge. Also a wardrobe and a table and sofa. The position is in the old town of Lovech and it's possible to take a room with view over the river. There is a construction near the hotel but it take place just from 8 A.M to 5 P.M but I hope it will finish soon. I would stay...

We asked to pay by check-out as it is in whole world what they agreed with. By check-out we received angry comments and bad attitude because of this wish.
