Self catering budget apartments run by friendly staff and very suited to young families. Basic accommodation which has everything you need for a self catering holiday. However rooms could do with a bit of TLC as is shown on the photos. Beds did the job for our week stay but mattresses were different sizes and stained. In fact main mattresses really needed replaced but instead a mattress topper was just put on top. WiFi may as well have been non existent. Pool was quiet most of the time so relaxing and easy to swim and get beds at all times of the day. However there was a group of young people being silly around the pool throwing balls roughly around kids jumping in but staff did not say anything. Pool also wasn't cleaned for the week. Water levels dropped a lot since our first day and scum line visible. The mini market is very reasonably priced and there is an Aldo right around the corner too so easy to stock up on food and drink for the apartment. You do get what you pay for and I was happy with what we got for the price we paid. It was cheap and cheerful and the location is great. Only 20 minutes walk to Nessebar restaurants which are much cheaper and lots of choice so I recommend going there. Also a bit of a longer but easy walk to the old town which is a brilliant place...

Always love my stay at Julia Famt Apartments. My dad discovered it a few years ago as somewhere nice and quiet with secured parking. We have returned every year other than during lockdown. It is a lovely family run place with great sized apartments. There is one pool which is plenty big enough and a children's small pool to keep them entertained. The two bedroom apartments even come with washing machine and iron/ironing board just incase you need them. They all have fridge freezers and kettles so you can seld cater as much as you like. The beds now have memory foam mattress toppers which made them very comfortable. This place is all about location in between old nessebar and sunny beach. Only a 10 minute bus ride each way for 2 lev and the bus stops not far away from the apartments. The train also runs to both or you could even walk if you wish. I love how the back just faces all the 1ild and fields. Thers is no bar but there is a little shop om site that has the basics along with ice-creams to purchase for the kids or you! My home...

From my point of view staying in this apartment with family was good decision. Despite of narrow location of buildings the complex on the whole is felt like a reliable fortress and makes the safety inner yard area with neighbours and without outside noise. It's location was another advantage you easily can get by foot with children the free zone on cute Kiko beach or have the evening breathtaking promenade along the sea toward the Stary grad Nessabar on peninsula 30 minutes to old town. Their discreet service made us feel like at home, in friendly community. All our requests were solved.
