Hotel Pautaliya — Hotel in Nesebar

I will definitely come back again!!! The place was recommended to me by friends. I stayed from August 2, 2016 to August 9, 2016. First i was little nervous to go there because i saw some bad reviews but my friends explained to me that the hotel is family owned and operated and the owners rented the place out for 3 years to someone else who had no clue about that kind of business and ruined their great reputation.Now they have it back and everything is great again.And really everything was great: the room was big and spotless, the place has a great big yard with really nice pool with jacuzzi, everything was clean and well maintained, the food was decent for the money and way better than other places I've been to.And the service.....THE SERVICE WAS TREMENDOUS the whole crew worked very hard and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time there.Thank you i can't wait to come back...

The fatal is recently renovated and it is good facility. The bathroom is a bit cheaper decorated but still accessible.|Everything else is dramatically bad. At the Reception they have an old blondie who behaves as if she owns the whole Sunny beach. Personal at the reception area do not have uniforms and you can only guess who is tourist and who is from the staff.|Very limited parking.|The TV in the room was not functioning and for 36 hours it was not fixed.|The food offered in the restaurant is poor. Cheap products and amateur cook. Bread that they serve is stored behind the bar in boxes on the floor.|Bedsheets and towels are dried in sun on the backyard where all the dust is coming from the road - see the photos.|Somebody invested in a building but the staff is hired from the street- they don’t have any idea what hotel...

Very friendly staff,we got Lost on way here ,Guy on reception spoke good English and directed us to Hotel ( as I only spoke basic Bulgarian) very happy with that👌had All inclusive,well worth it!! Breakfast,lunch,2nd breakfast,evening meal (if you wanted all that food) plus free drinks at Bar (limited choice) nice pool,but deckchairs get toweled over quickly after or before breakfast!! And stay there all day!!! Even if people have gone out !! Find this at most hotels tho?? Good choice of salads etc only moan is 1 small lift to floors!! Takes ages as so many people, stairs ok , unless dodgy knees!! No air con in hot lifts when 4 or more crammed in🥵 good location, 15 min stroll to...
