I am not really satisfied with my stay at this hotel. First we were made to move our car out of the hotel's free car parking so that other guests could occupy it (when we booked the hotel it was noted that the amount included free car parking). We were forced to pay BGN 25 for parking elsewhere. The hotel itself looked attractive from the outside, but inside it was full of broken tiles, mattresses in the hallways and building materials. The room was nicely equipped, but too much water flowed from the air conditioners - one literally flooded the terrace, and the other directly flowed inside the apartment, next to the bed. There is no shower stand in the bathroom (bathtub) and you have to hold it with one hand all the time to be able to use it and there is no curtain, which leads to the whole bathroom getting wet. On top of that, there is no siphon and the bathroom had to be mopped after every shower to avoid flooding. The hotel, or at least the room we stayed in, does not have central water heating, but a water heater, which was not enough for 4 people. The pool was nice, except for the fact that there was hair all over it and the water was cold. The bar prices were reasonable and the cocktails were well-made. All in all, a pretty bad experience, thankfully our stay was only...
Read moreWe stayed in this hotel in 2017 and returned again this year. We had a double room which overlooked the pool. The cleaners were fab and I'm sure they were waiting every morning for us to come out of our room to clean it. The room was very spacious with a lovely shower. We booked bed and breakfast. If I am honest, I possibly wouldn't bother with the breakfast again. It was okay, but the toaster took forever to toast the bread. We didn't eat in the restaurant as there were many of our favourites close by. ||||There weren't that many sunbeds by the pool but we always managed to get one, even after 10.30am. ||||Possibly the only downside would be the very loud music from the pool bar. It wasn't too bad during the day, but around 5pm, it would be Gangsta Rap music, with bad language and the volume would go up. We were out most evenings, so it didn't bother us too much, but we would have used the pool bar more if it wasn't for the awful music. ||||I would definitely return again. We like this end of Sunny Beach and this hotel...
Read moreThis is definitely not a 4 star hotel, max 3 stars. We stayed in an apartment for 5 nights, it was big with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living and bedroom. But everything in the bathroom was old, the taps were rusty, you neede to push thw button very hard to flush the toilet, after every shower the wholw bathroom was a swimming pool, because the bathtub was not well constructed. The water from the bathroom infiltrated the bedroom wall and the mold immediately appeared. I needed to ask them to clean the floor and change the bedsheets, the floor was very dirty. The TV did not work, there was no hairdryer and only a small and rusty dryer for the towels on the balcony. ||Breakfast was absolutely the same each morning, no variety at all, very poor.||Far away from the center, although at decent distance from the beach, 7-8 min walk.||Plus they told Booking that I did not show up and cancelled my reservation which was extremely strange.||Overall, I do not...
