Boutique Apart Hotel Versis, Sunny Beach, Bulgaria - Review

An absolutely fantastic stay!

We have just returned from a week-long stay at Boutique Apart Hotel Versis in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's cleanliness, the spacious and well-appointed apartments, and the incredibly friendly staff.

The apartments are perfect for a self-catering holiday, with everything you need to cook your own meals, including a kitchenette, fridge, and hob. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is effective, and the balconies are a great place to relax and enjoy the view. The pool area is also lovely, with plenty of sun loungers and parasols, and a separate pool for children.

The staff at Boutique Apart Hotel Versis are some of the friendliest and most helpful we have ever encountered. They are always happy to go the extra mile to help guests, and they are available 24/7 in case of any problems. We didn't experience any problems during our stay, but it was reassuring to know that there was someone we could contact if we needed to.

The hotel is located in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, the main nightlife area, and plenty of restaurants. There is also a supermarket nearby, so you can easily stock up on supplies for your apartment.

We were particularly impressed by the fact that we were allowed to keep our room until late on our departure day, even though check-out is normally at 11am. This meant that we could make the most of our last day in Sunny Beach without having to rush around.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Boutique Apart Hotel Versis and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in Sunny Beach. We will definitely be returning again soon!

Me and my partner stayed here for 7 nights in July. On arrival we were pleasantly greeted by the staff who were friendly throughout our stay. Always asking how our day was and if there was anything we needed.||Our room was very spacious with a lovely kitchenette, bathroom, tv, balcony and very comfy beds. The room was cleaned regularly.||Only a small amount of sun beds near the pool but this was never a problem as the hotel in general is very quiet. There was never a fight for a sunbed which was perfect!||No bar area in the hotel but this wasn’t a problem. The hotel allow you take your own food and drinks near the pool. Plenty of shops near by. ||Great location. A small walk from flower street (the main strip for bars/restaurant/shops) but not too close to feel like your on the strips door step. ||All in all, the hotel was perfect. Very relaxing and very welcoming. I would 100% recommend this to anyone. Best hotel...

We have been one week so far at Hotel Versis. One more week to go and we are loving it. Our daughter is 10 years old. She is much loved my Hotel staff and I feel she is safe here. Mario and Mariana are absolutely awesome and so friendly and willing to help with anything. The hotel is secure with an electronic card at the gate to get in and out so NON Hotel members cannot get in. You can therefore leave your stuff by the pool without the worry of theft. The hotel is brand new. Spotlessly clean. Our room has a decent fridge/small freezer compartment. Large TV with British channels. My daughter watched Octonauts this morning and we watched Midsomer murders the other night after a lovely meal out close by! The swimming pool is the cleanest I've seen and ladies go round hoovering in the morning! I cannot see ho anybody could complain about this place. We will 100 %...
