Hotel MPM Boomerang — Hotel in Nesebar

This has to be the worse hotel iv ever stayed in the pool attendant thinks he owns the hotel you can't have fun when he's around he spends a lot of time on his mobile phone sits there with his dark glasses on and just looks you up and down very rudely interrupted he day he was off the kids had fun all playing with a ball laughing and just being kids until the restaurant manager put a stop to that there was a lot of ppl jumping in and she picked on the child that was in our group. Ohhh false advertising that slide in the picture isint there now that would be to much fun for this hotel!!!. The food in my opinion was a load of rubbish I lived on feta cheese salad lunch times and we ate out for the rest of the week that we were there for dinner as the food wasn't to our liking there was a lot of food on offer but not to our groups liking we did ask the girl table cleaner if there was any chips coming out and she blatantly said no the rooms are ok for what we paid for them very basic although the shower cubicle stank even though we put the silver cap on top the Cleaner tried to disguise the smell with a lemon air freshener which was worse again in every hotel people were putting their towels out as early as 6 in the morning not enough sunbeds for people in the hotel won't be...

The WORST hotel we have ever stayed at. As soon as we entered the hotel we were “welcomed” by the receptionist that was terrible. She didnt even say hi or anything to us, she was just looking at us bluntly like we were bothering her, so we were the ones that had say hi to her first. She was also rude during the entire conversation. The hotel lobby was dirty and the chairs were dirty and they had an awful smell of stagnant water. Our room was whatever, but the toilet smelled bad entire time, and it just felt like it hasnt been washed in ages. The hotel changes sheets and towels every 4 days, unless you pay them extra, so basically you are stuck with 1 towel for 4 days. The pool area was a disaster, the pool flor had sand all over it, the pool bar hasnt been used in ages and its just left standing there collecting dust, and smelling terrible, the pool beds are just disgusting, and dirty and havent been washed in years. Unfortunately i dont have any photos from the pool area, because i left the phone in the room, but i think you get the gist. Overall the hotel is a total disaster, thankfully we stayed there...

Do not come here! This is the worst place I have ever been....all inclusive it is not.... I booked this because my brother is bad diabetes.... so needs to eat little but often.. as for myself having had stomach surgery few weeks ago...i was refused water at 10 pm for to take my medication... I therefore had to go out to buy it... I used to be an overseas rep for Thomas cook, it is not family orientated.... pool is not for anyone with knee or hip problems..very difficult to get out, put you off going in... it all closes down at 9 pm... the very limited snacks that are offered twice a day.. are dreadful excuse... the UK are not welcome here... staff are miserable... my family are cheerful not at all rowdy...but frowned upon... zero activities...people book all inclusive so they don’t have to go out to eat drink activities.... bedtime at 9 ... my years as a rep have certainly been useful... as to know what’s right or not.... as for the food , well .... grand children like...
