Hotel 415 — Hotel in Nesebar

I was there last July, and one of the receptionist, a young one, is the worst hotel personal i ever seen in my life.||First of all, I arrived at 16.00, and she told me my room wasn't ready yet, I told how is possible , and told me the person in my room let their luggage there and i dont know what more stupid things she told me.||Finally she told me she could put me in other room, the room where i entered was not clean of course, and the bed neither and wasn't made, disaster.||Next day, a couple of Brazilians came with a booking already done in this place, and she told them they didn't have place in the hostel. I needed another night in this place as well and couldn't stay, despite in the website of hostel-world were...

It's a very basic-basic hotel in a central location. Friendly staff, they were really helpful in giving directions and giving us an extra sheet. The place has a private parking place. The room and sheets were clean and nicely smelling.

Minus: The major down side is the mattresses that were very uncomfortable. We could feel all the springs and this rounded the quality of our sleep (-2 stars). If they fix this, it would be a nice budget hotel in an otherwise expensive area.

Other notes: Our room was extremely basic e.g. we had just one power plug. It's hard to find the place as google maps shows the wrong side of the road where there's just an empty lot of land and the hotel has no...

“Hostel” situated far from the city center and far from the bus station.|The rooms are really small and, even if you pay for a room with 4 people, you will get a room for 6 people. There are no lockers and the hotel is really dirty. The bathroom of my room was stinky.|The staff can not speak in proper English.
