Rainbow 3 Resort Club — Hotel in Nesebar

We booked our stay through ebookers and found out straight away the hotel was in horrible condition. Pictures you can find online have been taken many, many years ago. Hotel reception and pool bar weren't open at all (it's a apartment hotel complex of few hotels with only one open reception at rainbow 1, couple hundred meters away from rainbow 3). There's was no fancy sun beds in the pool area, just regular dirty chairs. Cleaning was a joke and during our stay we only got clean towels and bedding once. We had to change rooms after the first night since the bed was so worn out we couldn't sleep in it. Hotel manager didn't offer any compensation what so ever and didn't even apologize of the situation. Breakfast was so bad that no normal person could eat what they served, no wonder there were no other people eating. Wouldn't even give that "food" to my dog. Needless to say we didn't go to the breakfast after the first morning.||The hotel is descriped to be a 4 star resort club which couldn't be more far away from the truth. The only positive thing was a working air con and short distance...

Pictures for room size was quite deceiving, room was clean , small fridge , cleaning equipment everywhere even in the bathroom. Shower had a limited hot water so dont take long hot showers. Toilet quickly runs out of water to flush. Also no toilet paper...made bit of a situation haha. Towels wasnt changed and a very small bin but if you get a plastic bag it's not hard to fill it up and take it to the big bins outside. Lovely patio area. Good owner. Good communication. Pool was lovely..but the pool bar wasnt open...quite disappointing to what was advertised. Reception was closed only rainbow 1 was open. Now around the hotel you can get to the beach but to get to a nice part of the beach your have to walk about 20-30 mins. (Dont walk on the sand your have to cross a river) Theirs a bridge over the river. It's a good walk..we walked it practically everyday. Bus stop just across the road . They cheap!. However if your looking for more of the clubbing experience go into main town and find a hotel their as you wont want to walk...

Do not recommend! The room floor was dirty and full of sand upon my arrival. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and cheap, the blankets had some unknown/disgusting stains, the water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent, I could barely take a proper shower. Most of the furniture was damaged.The drains in the bathroom literally stank, especially in the sink and it was unbearable. To prevent the smell, the ventilation had to be on all the time, and it was quite noisy and irritating. There were many noisy families with children who did not respect the rules of silence at all. And since there are no employees in the hotel, it was not possible to even complain. Throughout my whole stay I never encountered someone from the staff so asking for help or anything else was basically impossible. A few guests weren't abiding the rules in the pool and it wasn't...
