Apartments "Malina" — Hotel in Smolian

One of the few times that the pictures tell really the truth! The studio with the fireplace is just lovely and as the nightfall comes makes it perfect into the wild! View is breathtaking across the forest and is as isolated as it should be for someone to relax …Hosts are kind and friendly and also English speaking which is important. Breakfast is reach & cheap and just nearby in the village complex. Apartments are located just 800m from the slopes so no need to use the car. Easy to reach from the Sofia airport (3 hours). Just outside the hotel there is a mini market to buy what is needed. Rooms are fully equipped for cooking and the heating is on all day long. I would say that the place is ideal for a couple for skiing, snowboarding and walks into the forests. If I really had to find sth as a negative point, the only thing would be for the towels which as a company policy they change every 3 days.|All in all I strongly recommend Apartments Malina and the big studio as it is one the few rooms that offer fireplace in this...

What you see in the photos is what you get. Warm and clean rooms. Bathrooms are clean too and seem to be pretty new. The kitchen has all the necessary if you want to have a breakfast (espresso capsules machine, toster, kettle) or a lunch. There is a small market too Just beside the hotel. Very well situated, with friendly staff that speaks English and are ready to help you. You can reach the slopes even on foot because is 3 min away. There is a ski deposit available in the apartments hotel too. There is parking available too, close or open...

We rented an appartment for the New years eve and we had excellent experience. The appartments are heated well and there is a fireplace which you can order to be served additionally. Actually you do not need the fireplace because the heating is very good, you can order it only in case you want to benefit from its charm.
