Impresamente Art hotel — Hotel in Sofia City

As we didn’t know Sofia and had had a very long drive to get here en route to Greece we chose this hotel from trip advisor, slightly above our normal price range but wishing to treat ourselves.||This a lovely almost brand new hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious, of slick minimalist design but stylishly decorated. The bed was very comfortable. In the room we had an impressive array of toiletries and coffee available and a minibar ( which we didn’t use). Outside there is a small relatively private garden.||The hotel reception staff were extremely helpful and spoke very good English. ||||The temporary drawbacks relate to the stage of development of the area at the time of our stay. The hotel is in the middle of a building site. Indeed it was difficult to find because the hotel is set back from the main road and the entrance route looks just like the entrance to a building site. We were not bothered by noise though as the work stopped around 5 and didn’t begin again until after we had left in the morning.||||We booked the hotel partly because it had a restaurant and our desire after the drive was to eat in and bed down. It was disappointing to find that the restaurant was open only for breakfast. I don’t know if this will be the case going forward . Breakfast was buffet style but eggs, bacon and omelettes were cooked to order.||Also note that the parking, for now, is limited to four spaces at the side of the hotel under cctv surveillance.||||The hotel is a short walk from an impressive upmarket shopping mall. Sadly the food concessions here were really only for snacks. There is a metro stop next to the mall so a trip into town for the intrepid is not difficult. We found a very good Italian restaurant ( via trip adviser) about 15 mins ( safe) walk away.||||This will be an impressive place in time but if you are booking for now I’d suggest checking with the hotel the status of the points I’ve noted above||||Hotel really should have a sign on the road to direct you to it. Our Satnav didn’t pick up the road but...

Highly recommended stay: great comfort and service.

Our stay at this hotel is very pleasant and meets all our expectations. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-designed with good attention to detail. The hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere and clearly takes care to uphold high standards throughout the property.

A nice touch is the hotel’s focus on art and culture. Throughout the hotel, you’ll find art books featuring works by various artists and master painters, which creates a cultured and welcoming atmosphere.

The staff is particularly noteworthy - they are very friendly, professional, and clearly understand what good hospitality means. They are always ready to help and seem to anticipate our needs well. Their attention to detail is impressive, and nothing seemed to be overlooked.

We also used one of their meeting rooms for work, which was a pleasant and well-appointed space - much nicer than the typical plain conference room you might expect elsewhere.

We would definitely recommend this hotel. When we return to Sofia for work, we plan to stay here again. It’s a solid choice that combines comfortable accommodations with genuinely good...

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, generous, and always eager to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay.

The entire hotel is spotless—everything smells fresh and clean, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining a high standard of hygiene. It’s rare to find a place where cleanliness is taken this seriously, and it made a big difference in how comfortable I felt.

One of the standout features for me was the EV charger in the garage—a 22kWh charger that they allowed me to use completely free of charge. That kind of thoughtful service is hard to come by and truly appreciated.

The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day.
