I’ve eaten at this location numerous times over the years. When the restaurant first opened, exceptional food and service was quite evident. I tried to enter the restaurant last night to have dinner. I stood at the entrance area a good 5 minutes without being invited in by anyone. The pizza chefs were quite intriguing and engaged in their art and I was quite entertained while waiting to be seated. I can definitely say that they work really hard. When I looked to my right, two bar tenders were sitting, yes, sitting behind the bar and were on their phones. No eye contact made. Eventually, I was greeted by a quite unpleasant lad, who was busier looking at his phone while saying simply hi to me rather than good evening madam in a more formal manner. He tried to push me to sit outside on the terrace, even though I repeated several times to him that I would prefer to sit inside, as I do not enjoy the smokers area. He started insisting that the windows are open and I should sit outside. When I refused he said then sit wherever you want and walked away looking rather irritated. I felt quite unwelcome as a customer and decided to leave altogether and take my business elsewhere. Rule number 1: acknowledge the customer as soon as they enter your establishment; rule number 2: be with the customer in the conversation and not on your personal electronic device; rule number 3: make the customer feel welcome, respected and comfortable; rule number 4: never argue with a customer. I hope management takes my review quite seriously and that of a number of previous customes complaining about the poor service. The food is excellent and the staff in the kitchen deserve all the credit, but I do not think many will make it past your door to realize that with such poor waiters and hosts on the floor. As a long time Mr. Pizza customer I would have to say goodbye forever and not recommend your establishment to any friends or visitors to the city. A mall location doesn’t always...
Read moreI would be happy to write a lovely review for the excellent customer service I received from the waiter Lazar and supervisor Vesela at Mr. Pizza Sofia Paradise!
From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The waiter greeted me with a smile and led me to a cozy table where I could comfortably enjoy my meal.
Throughout my dining experience, the waiter was attentive and courteous, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. He was knowledgeable about the menu and was happy to answer any questions I had.
When I asked to speak to the supervisor to provide feedback on the outstanding service I was receiving, he quickly brought him over to my table. The supervisor was equally friendly and personable, taking the time to thank me for my feedback and making sure that everything was to my satisfaction.
The food was delicious and arrived in a timely manner, and I was impressed by how well the waiter and supervisor worked together to ensure that my dining experience was seamless.
Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional customer service I received at Mr. Pizza Sofia Paradise. The team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued as a customer, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal and outstanding service.
Thank you to the waiter and supervisor for making my dining experience so enjoyable...
Read moreI do write reviews from time to time, and especially when I feel there is a need to. What I'd like to share is that the person who waited for us and her manager on the 29th of August 24, were exceptional in dealing with an issue during our dinner. If I commend on any individual they must deserve that and in that case this was done. I've not said almost ever that I have worked in customer service but this is where my biggest experience is. Regardless of the sector should you work with clients and their expectations and satisfaction then this is a demanding task. Especially when it is a low paid and in a marginalised position such as waiting jobs in hospitality. In this comment/review, I'd like to praise two individuals, namely, I think, Desi, and Ivelina. They did something that will keep my faith in the positive evolution of Bulgarian hospitality. Should there be more people like them who are getting trained, continuously educated in their jobs, treated fairly, and paid well, we will be in good hands. With all this said, I'd like to thank those two individuals for carrying their duties to the highest possible standards in the particular situation we experienced...
