Funtopia Paradise Center — Attraction in Sofia City

It is a very nice and funny fir the kids place. The only weak point is that some young people working there are not listening what exactly the kids are asking. Little ones are not good in explaining what they want or would like to do. The Staff should be instructed to listen to the kid and ask additional questions or provide simple assistance and explain more. We have visited the place and we had 3 attempts to enter the climbing site before being able to understand that we can find spare shoes in a draw on the entrance. Actually such miscommunications may turn to a negative experience for the customers. It is also too crowded during weekend. The organization is good. All conditions are good. I left my 7 y.o. daughter for an hour session of climbing. On the 30th minute, she hit her ankle on one of the climbing walls and was in pain.. none of the assistants helped, so she went to the reception and asked the someone calls me as she is in pain.. response was that she is fine and there is no need to call me 😤.. So she sat there in pain and crying for another 20 minutes, until the mother of another kid noticed she is crying and called us on the phone.. no reaction from the staff.. again… So now my kid has a swollen ankle and is totally put off climbing, thanks to these idiots..

15 BGN for 1h, where 10 mins are instructions only (fair enough,there must be) and they're part of the total time! Then the staff is like terriers chasing the kids to make sure they don't skip that 1h rather assisting them play and make it more fun for them. The area itself is absolutely nothing special: few jumping areas (same, no difference as you jump with no goal) and one rope "adventure" section which kids do for 2 min. That's all and it costs 15 BGN for 50 mins (don't forget, you have 10 mins instructions). Been there twice with my kids but think this is the last time as it so pathetic place.
